I was a liberal too back before all we had to go by was media propaganda. But you're right, unless you're finding ways to hear each side out you're going by blind faith. Even now I don't resonate with a side because they're all corrupted but because I like Trump and have more "conservative" beliefs I say I'm republican. But if it were between a Bush or Clinton I would not be a dem or republican. I think the problem is like you said, young and dumb or old and ignorant.. people just go with whatever narrative we are told because it's easier and the narrative is usually made to make us feel like "they" care about us and want to protect the less fortunate and that they will take care of us. When we all know none of them care about us. A public servant shouldn't be making a ton of money or incentives if they can't afford to take care of the seniors, low income, and disabled. Back over a decade ago I was all about the starbucks and target. It wasn't considered boujee like it is today. I have no interest in that lifestyle like what's shown on social media. So gross. It really is quite a conundrum we've got all these hypocritical women who are anti men but always got to have the attention of a man. And the andrew tate indoctrination to treat women like property. And there the incel and femcel movement which is kind of scary. I just learned about this other movement that has a large following of women who want to have an all women society. I tried to reason with this one woman of why that would not make things any better. Men and women are both equally important. It's for sure a human problem. You made a lot of good points. It's why spirituality and the desire to evolve and learning to balance the masculine and feminine in individual selves is much needed at this time. It's such a mess and I don't see enough people waking up. 😓

I love all the talk about taking responsibility, you really are so right. People often insist you are "victim blaming" if you encourage this sort of thing, but in reality its victim empowerment. And if your struggle can be traced to a perpetrator, often they are also victims themselves. Where does it end if not with people willing to take responsibility for their own selves? Great stuff❤

I did a meditation that takes you through all the chakras and I was able to keep it together until it got to the heart chakra and I literally began sobbing, like ugly crying makeup gone crying. 😂 I was totally fine before the meditation and only doing it to help with third eye activation. Just shows how we hide these things from even ourselves. But by the end of the meditation I felt great. Like a weight was lifted that I didn't know I had.

I missed this one. I don't think it was a coincidence because I think the reason some of my family and people from my past trigger me is from PTSD. Never thought to do a meditation on that specifically. Thanks for the suggestion. Have you ever heard of the youtuber William Donahue? He posts a lot of his old videos from the 90s but wow he is full of extremely insightful information that I had no idea people back then were talking about. It's all extremely relevant to today and also he speaks a lot of meditation and third eye opening. If you have the time to watch some of his content, it's at least worth a subscribe for future reference. I've known about him for at least a year now and one of my friends just recently found him and was blown away. Then I started thinking I really should be sharing these channels. Not gatekeeping but didn't know how people would respond to some of the stuff he talks about. But his videos really should be shared. ❤ He speaks a lot about astrology and how the Bible is metaphorical and a map to our star story. So many other topics but those are the ones that stand out the most.

Ah you're preparing us. Good to know. 😂 I'm actually a bit triggered after having to talk to a family member. And after watching this, my part in it is I should find a better way so to not have to subject myself to people that make me feel bad. Yeah I know what you mean about trauma dumping. I think it's ok if it's with a person you feel you can trust and want them to get to know your story. But some people can use it against you. I don't mind when people trauma dump on me. Actually I feel honored they felt comfortable enough to trust me with that information. It's when they go on and on and you can tell they don't want to move past that or want to heal or self reflect can be a red flag. You make so many good points. Our triggers for sure are a reflection of ourselves and shows us things we need to heal or work on so that it doesn't effect us. At the end of the day we hurt ourselves by being upset all the time. Just like forgiveness is not just about the other person but so we can be at peace. Plus nobody wants to be around someone who they constantly have to worry if they are going to offend. Animal cruelty is one of my triggers too. Whenever I see or think of things people do, I give my cats extra hugs and kisses and tell them how much I love them. That usually helps. ❤️

I figured the progesterone cream can't be good longterm. It reminds me of birth control hormones. But like you did, I think it was worth a try and it at least alleviated your issues until you were able to balance things out yourself through diet and exercise. Diet and exercise... sounds like such an easy fix that it can't be true until you try it then realize oh wow this is really hard and why most don't stick to it therefore most don't know if it works. You really have to stick with it longterm and be consistent to get true results. I commend the ones who can easily avoid processed sugar and dedicate to exercise everyday. I've been sticking to it to the point now where I don't see myself ever going back to the old ways but it takes a shift in mindset that's for sure. And eating more protein really is a thing. I never did before which is why I think I was so weak all the time. It's only been a few months but can already see a difference in just how much stronger my body is. ❤

I saw someone write a comment acting all defensive. They wrote something like "aww that baby is adorable she doesn't look like Lord Farquaad dont call her that." 😂 Ah Joan Rivers was the best. I loved her so much. They like to take Trump and Roseanne Barrs jokes out of context all the time. Trump was imitating how Biden walks on the stage and they used the clip to say Trump couldnt find his way off the stage. One with Roseanne that stands out is she said she doesnt believe in the hol0caust. When I graduated high school I was barely 100 pounds. I can't even imagine being that small now. I'd be ecstatic with 120 which is my normal weight before having kid then life kicked my butt for a few years. My main goal is to balance my hormones and keep going long term even if I don't see the results I want. From research Ive learned excercise will actually help balance out the hormones. And like you said food and drinking water all throughout the day, I honestly didnt realize how big of an impact that was until recently. I always blamed it on stress.
