he is right, because that was what racist design and plan for people of color. they manipulate them to be this way, and alot of people of color conform to it, and take on the same behavior. take the criticism and try to make changes. we know its not something that cannot be turn around. you just have to emulate the correct behavior. even in china i seen a document about the poor in the country, and the family they showed didnt want to work, and they just wanted to party, and fight. the children suffered, but not everyone is like that, and for a hard worker to work with people that dont want to work, it becomes a burden, and if you recognize a issue, its best to let people know. its not coming from hate, its coming from caring about them. so you should take the criticism, and try to do better.
