it occured on 14000 km. Alhamdulillah Now it's running 37000km without any issues.

yes when the engine heated the noise used to go down. I got it free of cost by Engine warranty claim here in Bangladesh. Where are you from??
It is valve / tappet sound . When the engine is heated the valves expand and there will be no noice but when the engine cools the valves will shrink and the tappet clearance also . So you should adjust the tappet clearance.

No brother. Alhamdulillah. after changing the timing chain tensioner still the engine note is perfect. Iwent for a long ride to test, but still the engine note is normal. next I am planning to go for a stressful hill ride of about 1000kms. l am hoping to get the best In Sha Allah.
