How do you keep track of which shipping label goes on which package when you have a bunch already sealed? I’d be too terrified of mix-ups to do anything other than one at a time.

I was an artist here and for the most part staff was very kind and helpful but long story short we were accused of art theft because we were sharing a table and instead of quietly talking to us about the issue so we could clear it up they loudly proclaimed it in front of our table and lemme tell you, being accused publicly of art theft at a convention was not on my 2024 bingo card lol however later a different staff member came up to us to finish resolving the issue and was much kinder and helpful.

Great video! This event looks so fun but yeah I can’t imagine traveling to a con days after a big holiday and visiting family and friends. I’m always worried I’m going to catch something and not be able to make the show but honestly I guess that’s with any con 😢 So glad you made it through, get some rest 😂

Artist here. My stuff is rather big and I actually have to bring walls, so I’m always looking for ways to save space for table stuff (especially since I drive a Prius). Space bags are absolutely the way to go with pillows/plushies/blankets. Amazon has ones with hand pumps, or bring a 9yr old who likes to roll around on the bags too!

This really helps! Im trying to get my first Art Alley table and im hoping I can just show my art work but not sell it just show it. I make models out of game consoles and add characters popping out. I dont know much about conventions but it looks like the place where i can share my art models.

Hello Ashley. Love your art and videos. As you make alooot of bags, wondering if its worth it to have rolls of pre-printed thermo labels with your logo/mystery bag. Then you print price and anything else on it that changes. Take care!

Oh god the dishwasher is a nightmare for inhome manufacturing! I have a pigment printer so with laminate my stickers are 100% waterproof (i've submerged them for a week +) BUT THE DISHWASHER. THE /DISHWASHER/ . If you have too STRONG of an adhesive then it might leave residue when removed. If it's too week it doesn't survive the dishwasher. If it DOES but depends on the dishwasher it could BURN (this is what happened to my stickers we had the heat dry on and=.... y e a h). Dishwasher tests are a nightmare ;w; God speed with everything u do and I hope you know you've inspired so many and continue to do so!
