Hannibal Lecter was #1 when it came to Villians. Heath Ledger is right up there when he played the Joker from the Dark Knight. Villians are fun characters to play b/c they are such a huge stretch and they don't care if you like them or not. There are smart Villians like Saw Trilogy and Hannibal Lecter.

Can't believe AFI didn't name Clarence Boddiker (Kurtwood Smith in Robocop)! Clarence is hands down one of the best film villains of all time and Kurtwood just knocked it out of the park with that character. Clarence Boddicker : You a good cop, hot shot? Well, sure you are.
