It seems that Maria is just being told to back away when suddenly a gunshot is rang out.. Stone, having been knocked out the whole time throughout the conversation between Eggman and Shadow wakes up...bewildered Eggman: Dr......" he yawns feels a sharp pain in his head. "What happened. Did you find it?" Eggman: Stone" Eggman walks over to a table where sips a cup of coffee. "We'll be taking a trip.." Stone: where Eggman takes another sip, then gives a you'll see gaze Well, that's all i got. It may not be my best but i tried to picture how the scene would play out, adding my own visual of what we could expect from the actual movie. Still, I'm not sure its any good......

I'm thinking the same scenario but with G.U.N. They're responsible for turning Shadow into a cold character, and they did want to use him for their operations.
