Even under the right lighting conditions. until I turned off the “View Assist” . The secrete to getting better at it is to keep practicing by using it consistently. 🙏

@@Jaybird913 yeah. The problem is particularly due to the fact that I used it with my canon 7D in this video. It’s usually cleaner using it with EOS r6. I don’t know why.

@@SamOaCreativedo the microphones have a decibel adjustment notch? Some will have a + or -15 or 20db and this may help with the high clipping you are experiencing. If not you can crank down the decibel level manually on either of your canon cameras until it is to a desired level. Keep up the content!

@@SamOaCreative I had the 7d as well, simply go to the audio recording settings page and set the audio mode to manual. Trust me you have it.

@@SamOaCreative it should be listed as “sound recording” go into it set it as “manual” and adjust the volume decibel level down
