家传肉粽 | Homemade Signature Bak Chang | Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Meat
Finished making our 家传 signature bak chang for 端午节.
Our bak chang is mid-sized but packed with goodness.
Glutinous rice is stir-fried with fried garlic, garlic and shallot oil and salt.
Meat filling comprises of diced pork belly, fried shallot, fried garlic, mushroom, hae bee, candied winter melon, white pepper and coriander powder.
And add on with a chestnut and yam paste ball wrapped in caul fat (猪网油).

Yah, the spread was really good. But I did not managed to try everything. I ate mostly the Asian + a bit of the western breakfast stuff
