Blazekin's fall from grace really sucks to watch like I get it gamefreak wants us to have more fond memories of their newer mons but it just annoys me personally when they constantly do things like remove moves from pokemon ie. Pursuit from bisharp and tyranitar makes no sense to me or just like lando-i losing explosion and knock off like wtf and prankster not hitting dark types and gale wings being nerfed so talonflame couldn't stay relevant are all examples of things I just get annoyed with a lot it's one thing to add new moves like make it rain and the only ability no one asked for the anti fun good as gold ability should've never existed and removing pursuit to give us a way to deal with gamefreak's new pet mon just irritates me really wish they never put it in the game it makes for the most toxic play patterns out of any pokemon and it's not even good but like last respects it's just so cheesy gambling matchup dependant bleh offensive trash I can't stand I litterally only play nat dex and alternative formats because goldendanghoe isn't banned not because it's too good but because it's ability on top of the lack of hazzard removal thanks to these random needs really irritate me like I would've been completely chill if the ability was on a mon you could rapid spin on or if they introduced a new type of rapid spin that hit that thing because it's fundamentally game warping for hazzards like a fire type rapid spin like if flame charge removed hazzards then it's fine because you can't block hazzard removal but released as is just annoyed me away from playing OU in gen 9 every time I climb the ladder and see one I just immediately ff and stop playing it's everywhere around 1300-1500 where I mostly play and it's the least fun thing I've ever had to deal with I'd rather play vs gen 4 garchomp than that shit cause at least with gen 4 garchomp fuck gholdenhoe least fun mon ever and I used to play stall that shit is garbage and shouldn't ever have made it to live under any circumstances. Nothing is fun about a mon that makes it so you can't use fire flying bug ice etc. Because this fucking thing forces everything to be boots. Why have it get rid of it please.

@30:22 the thing about anihilape is that it's a mon that wants to play vs these bulky teams with things like dondozo for example and toxapex those types of mons just arent in the meta rn and we have this overwhelming amount of fast offense kyreum kinda fits into that same role with ape where they're bulky enough to be tanks vs other tanks but they're so slow and get revenged so easily vs all this fast offense in the meta it's really hard to justify these slow wall breakers over faster options and Addison pointing our how scarf is the best set for ape brings that point home as to why ape isn't as good as it could be in formats where garganacl dondozo and skeladirge are used as defensive options ape loves those matchups but unfortunately ape just isn't going to see that in draft hardly ever

The downfall of lando-I is so depressing that mon used to be so flexible and had such great options and could not be prepped for and now it's not even better than nerfed gren that's so insane to me

@18:55 keegan has taught me a lot about how good greninja could be in draft I thought he overvalued it in an ubers draft league but he's proved me mostly wrong he did just lose 1 game but it never ceases to amaze me with how good and flexible it is I thought surely after protean nerf and battle bond being reworked/nerfed this thing could not keep up and I was very wrong insane how good it is physical/special spikes pivot priority revenge killer setup sweeper it does almost everything besides memento/dbond and status like twave and wilo that dragapult gets but other than that it's way more impressive than I thought it would be even in an ubers draft league

To clarify tera ditto mechanics, tera stellar is bugged to not work after switch in, but all other tera types function as expected. Theres also some shenanigans copying ogerpon and terapagos but its ultimately up to Kyle how he plays it

Maybe for analysis content could be highlights of the week segmented into most: heat set; toughest match up, biggest upset, or some other stuff like that

It sucks having to wait till next year for the next draft league but its understandable. I think for streams pokemon showdown should be alright since it may help you get better at the game and develop your skills for team tours, nuzlockes could be good too.

Thank you for posting this channel update and I do have a few recommendations for streams and the type of analyst content I would like to see. For the streams we could start your first play through of Pokémon Y again and do nuzlocks or other things later. But for the analyst content I personally think that reviewing pivotal moments from each game and updates on the active kill leaders are would be interesting along with the tier list idea.

team tours are fun, smogon draft tour wise I think its winding down since next tour is the Draft League Championship which the players participating have already been determined but there should def be some other ones around.

Sad to hear there will be no draft league for the rest of the year 😢 but I am happy you are challenging yourself to get better! I am also happy to hear you will be putting out content on the Ubers league. Happy to watch all!
