It's honestly so sad and disturbing when Marcellus gets picked first. He was such a powerful and seemingly untouchable badass in all his prior scenes. And even though he knew he was in trouble, when he gets picked first to be raped and tortured, and it all becomes unnavoidaly real, he looks so terrified and vulnerable, like a frightened child. Even the most powerful men can be humbled depending on how extreme the moment is.
