Genuine question, i practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is a very physical sport, and we use our heads a lot in positioning that causes a lot of friction and i notice breakage at the very start of my hair line. I cant practice in a shower cap (or anything like) because it will just fall off. So im wondering if a serious gel like this would help comparing to your general styling gels you see at the store
