Start the comparison at the open world. I'm in middle of playing, also on RTX 3050 laptop. My setting isn't low, around medium with custom setting. While my performance is consistent 30fps, i still got split second frame drop/stuttering whenever it change screen/scene or during "loading" (the world is not as seamless as it seem) (Edit after nearly 10hrs in game) by lowering the resolution in windowed screen, I manage to do a pretty high setting while also reduce stuttering and got a stable 30fps. Try it

Ive never seen an slower laptop then this. My hp laptop boots only for 5 seconds

blbg , first of all nice video . I have 2 questions : why does FG causes my i7 13650HX to heat up to 90° and 95° , while my rtx3050 6GB is always cool at 69 or 70 and for some weird reason when i enable FG , the game doesn't feel smooth even with 100+ fps , it's smoother without FG and i dont understand why . note : my CPU temp never passes 78° on any settings ,ONLY with FG it gets to 90° + immediately. second question is , do you think lumen Global lighting causes fps to drop? because i made alot of experiments with and without lumen and it impacts the fps significantly ( probably the most gpu intensive thing in the settings is the lumen lighting )
