400 is perfect. The biggest I would let myself ride in SF is a 650. To this day any ride in SF especially downtown I've got my game face on. I moved to Pacifica so much more mellow, however alot more psychos aiming for you. Thanks for the ride along!

Did your yellow have a cover over the top layer, along with the normal backing? I have the yellow, but I can see any and all blemishes, fog, and marks where it’s lightly on from using the squeegee. I did all the things, but don’t care much for it.

I've heard actual mechanics say the break in is not legit and the engines are meant to be ridden hard from jump.. Or after 50 miles are so. Anhyone have insight?

Why is it so hard for people making videos about tint to, oh I don't know. Turn the headlights on? Go somewhere dark? remember to get some night shots? It really is the smallest details that make a channel stand out. I don't mean to be that guy but, damn. I'd love to just find one example of somebody turning the fucking headlights on. I used this video to do my coolant change, I noticed a huge difference in the city (Columbus) and I’ll be taking it on the Highway later and try to remember the update , im about to take my ninja 400 on a 800 mile ride ~ so I’ll definitely have a good update later. If.. I remember to update So I did the change, put 2000 miles on the bike in about a week and a half, this will absolutely help your bike temp, I used to chill around 4bars on the highway5 in the city (just under max) and now highway is a cool 3 bars, and city 4, 5 if it’s just dead stop traffic. Remember to turn your bike off in stand still traffic.

Peeled the KRT stickers off my Green machine right out of the showroom. Looks way better without red colors on lime in my opinion...some folks may like graphics kits but most bikes look best with beautiful paint shining in the sun without a cheap vinyl sticker. I would give 30 bucks for that diffuser. Looks good!

Just used this video (because you show the parts, not just assume I knew where a water pump drain bolt with copper washer was) and followed along to change out my z400. It's a 19 and granted I bought it new, I think it had ready to ride out the door when I bought it. Except I bought it in 21 and the battery had to be replaced so I've assumed the or the door status but also assumed this was hard to do myself. Thanks for saving me whatever I would've to pay a dealer. Even motivated me to install the fender delete I've planned to install for a year.

Hey do you have to remove the reservoir tank, or can i just drain the fluids. I have relatively new fluid in the tank.

Apparently, as long as the temp doesn’t reach the full number of bars, it’s within operating conditions. However, I’m rly interested in how the new coolant does.

I love my ninja 400, bought it last june and a month later we bought my wife a ninja 300. not bad for 4699$ brand new. The worst part is the 500 mile break in process.

Stock top speed is about 119. I put norton motorsport velocity stacks and ecu flash, the yoshimura slip on, arrow race headers k&n air filter, and cut air box, hoping to hit 128 - 130
