There is no volume matching. Digital was boosted compared to analoge. Still analog sounds more relaxed and calm. Carbon disk helps bigtime for more colorful experience.

Just $23k each at your local radio shack...just making fun. I have two matching vintage 1968 aluminum toasters that even when not used If I sit one on each right and left speaker they make the system sound different plugged in or unplugged. Each sound is different, just sitting on top of bookselfs.

Significantly more holographic, and open soundstage and everything just seems to bloom and be larger in scale. You can hear a lot more sibilance and it all just collapses when the vibratron is taken out of the system. Wild stuff Ted!

Wow, as a 25 year korn fan and maybe a 5 year audiophile, this is amazing to watch. I can't actually listen to their latest album as its so full of compression artifacts, which is a terrible shame because I'm sure the music itself would be great. But I'd thought that perhaps it meant that they would pay less attention to detail in future recordings. But this video gives me great hope for their next album, I can't wait to hear what they achieve going forwards now... Maybe I'll even hold my breath that they start releasing their older albums on something like SHM CD's or HQCD's! Also hope they try some of these synergistic research products with their microphones, as I've never seen that done before, and I bet it'd be brilliant
