    Ask why the WE wants Johnny Qwest to complement the ways. His video reveals the Hollywood that succumbs to the nighty night, the Hillel Slovak murder was the way to both relieve Flea of the anti-Hillel needs and to promote Flea to the better man above the others that side with the siding that Flea knows that Hillel was murdered on tour in Europe. He was never a heroin addict, Hillel Slovak I mean. Anthony was used. Anthony wants to return to the ways of the WE to regard the WE as the message board mentioning that mentioning that Hillel was wanting to return to the wasted world where Anthony prostitutes to pay for Flea's mansion on the Beverly Hill's of being billing for the tour is the Iranian mother now, big and blown up with child not now! Ask why the Mike Tyson fight is there. Ask why Flea is a liar, a thief, and a Scientologist that sells heroin to the children to be given the reality that owning Anthony Kiedis' soul is his ideal. Flea bought the tour to show off that removing Hillel from the band made Flea the big guy in charge then.

    Hillel wants Flea to understand that lies are the right to his world view. The reality that the man shot in the head that afternoon was not only Hillel "my father was shot too" Slovak when the Mossad that wins the right to recover the CIA too there to shine to the reality the Red Hot Chili Liars are there to sell the smack that shows to the parents that service to the masters that show to Israel that Hillel was allowed to shine alongside the reality: Flea is the man!

    Honest to God, I absolutely love that Flea is so true to himself that he lets himself openly cry when telling a story. Not only to share his philosophies and musings with us, but to tell things the way they are in life. I wish I could cry and fully pour every ounce of emotion in me the way he does.

    My wife and I were there for this. The book release in Brooklyn. Right up front in the second row. What really struck me was how humble and genuine Flea was. It was weird at first because I felt a bit bad when people would ask him band questions or when there was this really loud screaming fan girl a few seats down from us. Which I can't fault them for..I love the band and was excited to be there and would also love to ask band questions. But it was because the vibe of the event was about the writing, books, and Flea hoping his heart and soul would be taken seriously by the art/book community and not blown off as just another rock stars memoir. And it wasn't. The book read just like Flea appeared and sounded..genuine, from the heart, and like a good friend telling you story. We also made a friend there while waiting in line outside and had an all around great time.

    Some people’s friendships are fucking profound. This reminds me of Henry Rollins speaking of his friend, Joe Cole. I know that, as heterosexual men, we first consider the loves of our lives women. It’s who we make love to. It’s who we make families with. But I think if many of us were honest to the letter about it, the loves of our lives can actually be found in other men - our deepest and dearest friends. If we’re lucky. There is something about certain friendships that can transcend everything - pain, time, sex, on down to money and careers and even our blood. Some of us are lucky enough to find that one human being out there in the world that somehow really, REALLY gets us. And when you realize it, it’s a powerful thing. Just that this person exists at all is enough. When they go, that pain can be so tough to deal with. You didn’t lose your lover. You didn’t lose a family member. And it’s hard for some to wrap their heads around. You lost the one person. But you keep going, praying that somehow there is a place where you can meet and have fun together again - where all the wild laughter is just waiting. “When I die, I will find you.”

      @kahnzo Рік тому

      Thank you for writing this. I know it was 2 years ago, but it's so true. There is something about making things together, creatively, that connects us even more. My band mates and I are as close as siblings and we haven't been a band in a long time. Arguing and laughing. Getting though petty bullshit and loving each other profoundly. Give someone that you love a call today, just to say - hey, buddy, it's been a while, how are you doing?

    I grew up with Flea, well, not 'with Flea', but as a fan I was aware of his life and career as much as the press divulged. Huge appause for Flea for getting through that rather difficult excerpt, he is essentially re-living it. I wept. You know, you get a certain idea of how deep the loss of Hillel is to the band through the numerous songs written about him in just about every other album preceding his passing. But to hear and see the emotion through Flea's own voice and words and particularly his reaction, really brings it all home. Love is the key, it's the point to "all this". Love for yourself and for others, always stay inspired and always keep your creativity flickering and glowing brightly.
