I know this is a bit late but wouldn't it be better if you upgrade an possesed weapon wit another possesed weapon let's say you want high fire damage and you level you're possesed weapon up to level 4 it has all te buffs you want and it has the fire damage however like you said you won't get any more buffs if you level it up to five so why don't you use that other possesed weapon with high fire damage as last level to increase the already high fire damage on the first possesed weapon or is-

You have to purchase the DLC known as "Argul's Tomb" to get the legacy artifacts and boxes available in Vulgrim's shop.

I'm not entirely sure about this but i believe the one which also gives the crucible.

You mean possessed scythes dropped with already existing buffs ? Yes, that can happen and if it happens and they are not the buffs you want, then tough luck, items can't have more than 4 buffs.

It doesn't appear ? I'm not sure but i suspect that it only appears with one of the DLC packs. Do you get mail with a new character which include some armours and weapons?

How do you get "Legacy Artifact" from vulgrim, when i go with vulgrim does not appear.

Chest on wave 25 was empty ? In my game at least waves 20, 45, 70, 95 are empty chests.

Everywhere, they are just more rare than usual equipment. Best place to get them though is the crucible.
