    Did I miss the temperature the grill should be set at? 👎

    Grilling lobster meat down over direct heat only takes about 6 minutes. Can then put it on indirect heat with meat up for another few minutes with extra butter.

    I'm gonna give you my honest opinion....that lobster needs more seasoning Gordon Ramsay pulling his hair out.......lobster is supposed to be flavorful and mouth watering..you just stuck butter and lemon one it and put it in the grill for 15 minutes.....what's so special about that?

    Typical tail market price, on the High end , Even right Now , is No more than 35 per pound . 165 for a pound and a half , is No WAY sugar coated good enough to blend in ONE stuffed Clam per person , and Only FOUR ounces of chowder each , equal to half a cup of coffee , is SUPPOSED TO sucker honest people into Paying This Rip off Price ??? WHERE THE HELL ARE THE CONSUMER Watch dogs ???

  • @jameshouseknecht7110
    @jameshouseknecht7110 3 роки тому

    Keeping comments respectful would be Quite understandable IF the sales pitch was Not a Mad Rip off !!! Who even allowed this dum ass shit ?? There NEEDS to be a Customer Protection policy in place Here ,, WHY ISNT THERE

  • @jameshouseknecht7110
    @jameshouseknecht7110 3 роки тому

    Are you seriously joking ? So that 24 Oz tail is No Way big enough for FOUR people , so you all try to fool people into thinking if they Stuf it , it will Stil be worth the crazy money you guys are charging .. Who the Hell is that stupid to fall for that shitty dales pitch ?? 165 $ for 6 ounces of tail for each of four people, one claim each , and barely a Sil of chowder each ?? A pint would be 4 ounces a peice .. WHO THE HOLY HELL IS THAT STUPID??

    For those of you wondering, I would suggest a very high heat, cook the lobster 138 to 140 degrees in the center. Also I like to pull the lobster up out of the shell and baste it quite frequent with a butter garlic lemon juice.

    I cooked two tails (about 8 oz apiece) on a gas grill over indirect heat at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes and an internal temperature of 145 degrees; otherwise, I followed the directions in the video, and they came out perfect.

    Very unsanitary in her food handling!! 375* 1 1/2 mins cook time per ounce. Pull tails out after cutting and oil tail with olive oil, salt pepper or whatever chosen seasoning before cooking. Butter and garlic go on last 3-5 mins before finished cooked time
