Don't you just love it when you can make something that costs nothing but you time?!
I was given a lot of different fabrics / textiles a few years back. I wanted to get back into sewing but didn't want to risk buying fabrics and so I cheekily asked friends and acquaintances if they had any fabrics they wanted rid of. I couldn't believe the response! There so many people that had over bought in the past or used to have a business sewing items and now were pleased to be rid of some of the load.!
Today my friend Sharon and I attempt a sewing 'tutorial'. I've always wanted, what I now know to be called a 'Crescent' bag. I borrowed Sharons one to make a pattern and so the challenge begins!
