I know its each to there own, but have you tried Bilt-hamber touch-less snow foam. I can highly recommend it.

Not that I want to criticize your wash process in any way but the general consensus in the detailing community is to start with the wheels as they are the dirtiest part. I myself pre wash the whole car with either Citrus then overlaid with ph neutral snow foam or the same snow foam with Citrus in the lance mixed through or a really dirty car an alkaline snow foam then rinse then the ph neutral foam to neutralise any residual foam left after the initial rinse. I then tackle the wheels then go back to the paint. I have started applying my shampoo by lance and only using a one bucket rinse method to good effect. I find that aids lubrication between my wash medium and my paint. I am no expert but a keen scholar of the art of detailing (all my my life really watching my Dad with the one bucket & sponge method but seriously for 15 years and it has been my full time hobby since retirement four years ago) through discussions in person with those in the know around Glasgow in the business of manufacture of products and following many UA-camrs in the detailing fraternity Paul Dolden, Specky McSporran, OCD & Miitchell & King. I have an electric Mountain Bike with Matte paint that I use the dedicated Matte shampoo and QD from Angelwax and wonder if that would work on your paint they even have a Matte paint wax that I have as yet not tried it might be worth having a chat with Matt or John at Angelwax or John at Mitchell & King on what products are best for your paint. I also wonder if a rubber nourishing tyre dressing would bring your tyres up better in the long run with Garage Therapy Serum or Yum cars Dress. Never apologise for the method that works for you as the day you change your process is the day you will notice swirling or worse a scratch. Your car is stunning as I have mentioned before and even better when cleaned to your high standard. I am liking your content and trying to find the time to watch the return from Oban film with the bikes but had two 9 hour details last week on neighbours cars for winter preparation with my sons car in between them. Maybe I will get our cars done before the weather breaks.

Why dont you like black volvos? Possible five oh. Or the hunters? Anyway i find myself up and down the quick shifter as a pleasure , never a chore. Im finding myself shifting early rather than revving out . Its just easy either way. Wouldnt want to go back to scenery coupled with no quick shifter

I’m from Kilmarnock and as you can see from ma profile foto i have a gsxs ( It’s a 2016 Gen 1 with the same K5 engine as the Gen 2 . i bought it at the end of May this year with 5,900 miles on the clock for a fantastic price ) The roads in this vid are the roads that me and my team of 4 ride at least 4 or 5 times a season so its great to see folk like me and my wee crew doing the same routes on video …… ye gotta love it man …… loved the vid bro and might see yaz oot there next year amigo 👍🏼👍🏼🏍️💥💥💥

@ 29.46 Ish "Ah luv it man" brought a tear to my eye son, ah wis feelin aw I it wi ye. Still testin maself at 65 oan these roads. A good few years ago noo....pals MV Agusta F4 1000 Blue n' Silver, coming out of Cairndow approaching the "Rest and be Thankful" heading south, uphill then the flat bit up top 174 on the clock, stopped for fuel at Arrochar, turned around to the bike, other bikers were pointing and laughing....I had ridden through a puddle and steam was pouring off the tyres. Thanks for stirring my memories bro. 🏍✨

Good job with this! Echo the other comments about expecting balls out lunacy but appreciate your sensible use of speed and caution as needed. Used to live just off the Loch Lomond road and did this run very often back in the late 90s. Got up early on the weekend and had very little traffic. That section up the Rest and be Thankful you show was a favourite. I can close my eyes now and be back there HOWLING up that bit on my R1, head shaking as the front wheel skimmed the tarmac. Thanks for bringing back fond memories to an old timer. Now live up near Aberdeen and took a trip over that way this summer for old time's sake but the F'in traffic was horrendous. One long queue!! Ruined it for me. Going to check out your other videos for some nostalgia now. Thanks.

I got mine new in June, didn't go for Magno Grey though I went for Metallic Grey with the yellow stitching, put 2200 miles on it up to now, it's an amazing car.

I have mine for 5months and love it , its the most driver focused car i have had by far and i have owned a Subaru impreza bmw m140! M340! , golf r stage 1 and misses has a mk8 golf gti . Not done any modifications yet but probably will do a remap in the future

Aye good content on some familiar roads mate. My Gsx1000GT is in for the valve shimming just now , but when i get it back wont be much riding left this season So it will be getting stripped for exhaust change as its needing the decel pops and dsg type farts. (like when you de silencer like a golf gti with dsg box it really brings out the shifting farts as you mention in your video). Ill be keeping it more budget than the yoshi etc and hovering around the cs racing system ( you can see the gsxs1000 videos on their website to compare on a rolling road under load .....not just a stationary bike giving twists of the throttle ) OR arrow headers and a slip on with optional db killer of my choice at the time. Then have the bike rolling road mapped more to take any lean spots out and keep the low / mid range strong. ive got the exhaust servo delete and a sprint air filter but thats not much of a difference to the sound of stock but ready for a new exhaust system i suppose. Also ive always wondered and need to look into it more , is if your naked version of my bike has a slightly shorter wheelbase or rake for tighter turn ins? but im still on original tyres and seemingly a few tweaks to rear tyre profile and dropping forks a little can transform these bikes not to feel so front end heavy on the tighter bends. ill need to join a facebook group i suppose and get the proven worthwhile mods looked at but more than happy with my bike in the longer flowing bends where its very stable and im not out going mental in my mid 40s anyway. im also thinking of plumbing in a remote shut off valve to effectively turn off the PAIR to stop pops and bangs in conjunction with fitting the DB killer if i am on a long weekender tour to make that side of the bike more bareable. 👍🏍🏍

A vacant car park and no drift, shame on you bro! lol. nice vid, I've had mine since mar 2023, love it everyday like i picked it up from the dealership brand spanking new with only 8km on the clock. Glove box sits perfectly. I need to know where you got your decals from though. I have spacers from H&R, makes the car look tough, and have eibach pro kit lowered springs, first couple of days i was rubbing up the guards, that has since long gone now. one thing i've noticed, is in the morning upon starting up and taking off slowly, i can feel like as if the gear box or something not tight, slight bit of forward and backward movement. however once the car is warmed up it's all ok. so not sure what that is about and wondering if you get that in the mornings. send me link to the decal store - oh and you got sunglass holder? wtf i had to go check mine as i never knew there was one, and there isn't, there is a sensor though in place of where you glass holder is

Best roads in the world.. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep. This is one of my favourite routes. Unfortunately I came off on the A85 last week. I'm fine, but the bike is a write off.. Be careful out there folks!

On the way down that road, from Oban (I'd stopped off for a fish supper, on the way home from Back of Keppoch, it's only a small detour), I was going quite fast, not stupid fast, but definitely not slow... I suddenly decided to slow down, and just enjoy the cruise, next bend I came to, quite a long, down hill left hander, there was a huge buck, standing in the middle of the lane... I braked and slowed a bit, he moved, along with 3 or 4 does... If I hadn't decided to slow down right before that bend, I'd have hit him, I have no doubt.
