Just finished VG. Now I'm just sitting here numb listening to Lost Elf on repeat.

Imagine the guilt that eats at Solas for all of the sins he’s committed. Imagine the pain. Now remember Isatunoll. This isn’t just Solas’s theme for the game, it’s the theme of his Song. The Song his soul sings to the world; a constant funereal dirge, mourning for what was lost, and can never be recovered.

Just finished VG, and I gotta say, it really dropped the ball on a story that Trespasser had set up beautifully.

This music makes the scene feel inevitable. It feels like no matter what you did, how you pleaded, it was always going to end up this way. It feels like deeply painful inevitability.

Hans Zimmer is a damn legend but when this track is the best in your game where Hans is the main composer, it speaks volumes to what Trevor Morris scored. Should have brought him back instead of going for the big name

I didn’t romance Solas (I played a male human inquisitor and romanced Dorian) so for me this theme hurts like Naruto and Sasuke, watching a good friend destroy himself and the world for a tainted form of right. Waited 10 years, finally get to finish this story.

10 year wait is nearly over. I dont care how great or bad this game turns out to be I am going to enjoy playing the hell out of this game

This theme NEEDS to make a comeback in The Veilguard.

There is only death on this journey. I would not have you see what I become." 😭😭😭😭😭 definitely among the best DLCs I've ever played. And this theme takes its place as one of the best themes I've ever heard.

I discovered Dragon Age, 2 week ago and I just finished Inquisition & DLC when I writting right now and I never been so sad what a game what a story !! I can't wait for this summer Dreadwolf will be full revealed !!! But I will listen to this ost and cry until that day come

if you think about it, the elves are just miserable... before solas created the veil, they are practically enslaved to their false gods. even though with all that magic an immortality, elves are still not that "free" except for some really powerful ones... hence the dreadwolf had to do what he did. and then after the veil is created, then the elves suffer an even WORSE fate, lost all their kingdom and everything and enslaved by tevinter and human.... watching DA absolution really sees how bad the elves gotta suffer. like they literally have no choice, but to suffer, lol.

That moment when iron bull betrays you, you're left on 2 health potions , no bombs, and before you even started the mission you upgraded his armor with the bee augment! Not only do you have to fight iron bull, but half a fucking squad of roided out angry qun LMFAO I truly appreciated his betrayal, and made me think that my actions actually did matter coming from origins straight into this game that's the ultimate compliment.

May the Dread Wolf take you.” “And so he did.” 🥺😢😭 Sorry, but I’m not sorry, I want to help Solas return the world to what it was before and grant the Elven people their immortality and magic back. Thedas was originally their continent (at least the surface). I’m worried about the other old gods getting released & curious to see how things are when spirits & the living walk the same plane of existence.
