#fauxflowers #floral #floraldesign #giving #countryliving Hi Friends! It was fun designing a Faux flower arrangement for a friend. Looking forward to the update when they bloom!
I hope to be able to share all of the beauties with everyone! Thanks for watching!
Looking forward to your bulb garden! That Tiger Mix is going to be spectacular I put some in my flower raised bed garden as well. It's always fun to have something to look forward to in the spring!
Thanks Renee! I was super happy to find the Tiger Mix Dutch Iris. We both have a lot to look forward to in our gardens in the Spring!
It’s gonna be beautiful, Bobbi! Gearing myself up to plant mine, starting today… 🌷🌷🌷👩🌾😅😮💨
Oh yay! Have fun and just keep thinking how beautiful they will be in the Spring! 🌷🌷🌷🤗
It's going to be beautiful! The "shady tulips", would they be good to plant under a huge lifted pine tree, or is that too much shade?
@@loisthomas3928 Thank you! yes, those tulips would work fine under a tree but do keep in mind that deer love to eat tulips. The better choice for bulbs for you would be daffodils. The deer stay away from those. You could definitely plant tulips in containers and that way you could keep an eye in them :)
Your bulb garden will be beautiful, looking forward to seeing it next spring! 🌷 🌷 🌷
@@maryryan3972 Thank you Mary Ann! I’m like you, I’m getting excited about Spring flowers! 🌷🌷🌷

I want that sprinkler ❤
@@Mindy-s-channel It’s a Melnor Sprinkler, I get them on Amazon. I suspect it “dances” because of our well water system ☺️
How much sun does yours get?
@@Mindy-s-channel This one gets about 5 hours of sunlight. I have another one in a different spot that gets 6+ hours of sun. They prefer full to part sun.
I love lady of Shallot. I have the Shrub and now it’s 8 ft tall. I just ordered 3 climbing to plant along my fence
I’m loving it too! Do you cut Lady Of Shalott back in late winter? That’s what I usually do with shrub roses but I have not had a climber in years. Thanks for watching!
@ I cut mine right after valentines Day I’m in zone 7A
@ Perfect, thank you! That’s about when I’ve always pruned and cut back my roses. Just couldn’t remember the protocol for climbers!
It is someone...You talk to your plants like I do, don't you ? :)
Oh most definitely ☺️
So beautiful! I just got a blanket flower. I so hope mine will reseed. We have very heavy clay soil but I’m working on it. I’ve been thinking about growing pineapple sage and this video just helped me decide! I’m in 9b so salvias are perennials for us. I think I have 5 varieties already. They are so beautiful and easy to. I never thought of drying them but I will try that. 💜
@@kristinepeterson6761 Oh fun! Happy that you got blanket flower. You will enjoy having that in your garden. I just cut some Pineapple Sage today to make one last bouquet from the gardens. Lots of the salvias are good for drying, I’ve dried them for several years now. Thanks so much for watching!
Another wonderful, full of great info video!!
@@loisthomas3928 thanks so much my lovely friend!
I've never heard of Robin Holly. It is a beautiful tree. I enjoyed learning about this species in this video. Thank you.

So dry here Bobbi in PA , we need a good rainfall !!! 😒 I had one of the solar fountains a couple years ago, so cute, but could never keep my birdbath full 🙃 I'll try again next year because I to just love running water yet don't want to spend on a fancy one 😉
@@newt52864 Hi Lorraine, we spent the weekend in Pa and you guys are definitely more dry than we are. We got 12” of rain from the hurricanes and that really helped us and we are thankful for that. Glad you’re going to try again with a solar fountain. One of the greenhouses in Lancaster county had the fountains I’ve been keeping my eye on for 100$ off but I just couldn’t bring myself to buy one. At least not yet anyway ☺️
@@GardeningOnTaylorMountain Love Lancaster, try to hit there every Spring for all my annuals, so much cheaper than here :)
Awesome 🤩
It’s definitely a handy tool to have in the garden!

@@StehHiesher Oh wow! Our night time temps have been pretty mild and it looks like they go into next week. I’m not quite ready for freezing temps! Thanks for watching my friend!
Nice Bobbi. I have to say I don’t play much in the garden. I need to do that especially now that it’s cooler. I do like the final effect.
@@rbthegardennannyllc4219 Hi Renee, thanks for watching! I decided that this year I would try and enjoy my gardens more and not just work in them! Gotta play sometimes!
@@GardeningOnTaylorMountain amen!
Hi Bobbi, I had two of those little solar fountains. One came with the stabilizer arms, and one without. I kept the one with the arms and gave the other one away. At first, keeping the water level up was a problem during the heat of summer, but I finally figured out that I had to fill the birdbath every morning when I cleaned it. I really like having that little solar fountain in my birdbath. Oh, by the way, playing in the garden is a requirement, it keeps us grounded and sane. LOL! ~Margie🤗🐦⛲
@@greenthumbelina7331 Hi Margie! I definitely have to fill my birdbaths each day too! I’m glad I’m not the only one who likes to play in the garden once in a while 🤗 Hope all is well with you!
