This Fried Rice Noodles with Eggs is super easy to make and tastes absolutely amazing! It is full of good goodies with chewy noodles. I used to eat this a lot in Chinese restaurants when I was a kid. Fried Rice Noodles is also a popular street food in China. This dish reminds me of my childhood and the place I used to live with my parents. I’m glad that I can finally remake this dish and cook it to the taste that is deep down in my memory. ❤️
Fried Rice Noodles with Eggs are great for any meal of the day. I remember how we used to order this as breakfast in Chinese stalls when we were travelling. This can be served as a simple lunch and dinner as well. And the recipe is quick and easy to make. I highly recommend you to try. 🥰

Thanks. If it’s for frying the Tofu, I don’t recommend using Olive Oil. You can try Rapeseed Oi. But for the last step in the frying pan, I think Olive Oil will be fine.

Love the vid! Love the clarity of your recipes, with the captions detailing the ingredients and instructions. However, I think more editorial content from you, on camera would be cool. Like, add context and story to the recipe. Like, why are you sharing the recipe, if you cook it often, if it was a favorite of your mom, dad, or you when you were living in a certain place. Just ideas… Still! Love the very detailed recipes and images.
