Killer song...great review!
I Saw KISS live back in the 1970s and again in the 1990s and they were beyond Dope.
His bass is an ax ... his bass is an AX. A bad azz ax at that.
Hell yeah it is !! Do you have any suggestions as far as who I should react to next ? I’m kinda stuck Lol
@@MANMANReactz ... ooookay ... you asked for it. It's different. 80's club tune, Breakaway from Big Pig.
You deserve more like......this live is awesome.....thank you forever....please react to Ritz 88.....
Thank you for the nice Comments. I’m going to react to Ritz 88 next !
Thank you!!!!!!!!@@MANMANReactz
You make me happy....I was waiting for this live reaction.....Axl was amazing and so high!!!!! At the start Perfect Crime is incredible...his performance phenomenal.... And to see The great Izzy sing Dust ' n Bones. with Axl and Slash is fantastic.....the greatest band in the world......no doubt
While their music never had much substance (imho), their live performances certainly did. I saw KISS in concert a few times and it was mainly just to see the on-stage theatrics. That said, they do have some fun songs, this being one.
Can't go wrong with Santana. In no particular order maybe try 'Samba Pa Ti' from the first Santana album I ever owned, which was an album called 'Abraxas', or maybe a sentimental (to me) cover Santana did called 'Stormy', from the 'Inner Secrets' album, or perhaps something newer like the record from his Smash album 'Supernatural', like the song 'Smooth'. He has been so very prolific. These are just a few that come to mind for me. His hit albums are too many to list, as are his hit songs. I've seen him multiple time. Great stuff. Dive in!
I like Santana, they are always good, this was the first time I saw this one.
I was at the Winterland concert when he 1st played songs from the BoS album. 50 years later, I still get chills at the beginning of this song. My favorite artist!
Interesting song about a bridge that new inmates had to walk on their way to the prison cells. It was one of the most cruel incarcerations. So the bridge walk was the last time they would see the sky of feel the wind. And yes this is Robin. I have loved this guy for so long.
i DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS. AXL ROSE IS THE MESSIAH OF ROCK N ROLL. HE SAVED THAT AC/DC TOUR. HE DID IT. BY HIMSELF. WITHOUT PAY. HE SAVED THAT AC/DC TOUR. AXL ROSE DID THAT. THAT'S WHY HE'S ALWAYS A HERO IN MY BOOK. LONG LIVE THAT MOTHERF*CKER AXL F*CKIN' ROSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤘🤘
FOR BLACKS TO GET INTO JIMI HENDRIX THEY SHOULD WITH THE BAND OF GYPSY AND THE SONG SHOULD BE WHO KNOW That's the name of the song.
The original Vibe.master...i saw him.in 75 as a young guitarist...still learning
Jimi is #1 imo. Saw him in ‘68. Buddy Miles on drums here, Billy Cox on bass. You should check out Jimi’s song “Voodoo Chile” on his Electric Ladyland album. (Not Voodoo Child Slight Return). Over 14 minutes of absolute fire. You’re right about Robin Trower being influenced by Jimi. Also SRV and many others.
Seen Robin 5 or 6 times...killed it every time.
Robin was extremely important in my journey to learn the electric guitar (51 years later, still learning!). It is so cool to see someone digging him after all these years. Peace and love.
The Michael Jordan of 6 strings. A God among men.
He used to be the lead guitarist with Procol Harrem He truly is unique
This isn't "Eruption"; it a live rendition of "Eruption", with some of his other instrumental pieces mixed in. You should back and listen to the original (studio) version. Then, you might check out his other instrumental pieces, such as "Spanish Fly", "Cathedral", and "316". Also, I recommend listening to "Sunday Afternoon In The Park", which is Alex on drums, with Michael Anthony on bass. You'd love it, for cruising, if you have good speakers. At this same concert, they play a live rendition of it, during Michael Anthony's bass solo.
Ah! You did the wrong one. This is with Sammy. You should've checked out the original (official music video), before watching this live version. You should go back and watch that. It's classic.
Little bit of sympathy is a hot one🔥
Thsts him👍
Loved his albums back in the day.
Saw VH 2 times Eddie is a real guitar God
Pure rocking blues
Saw this group with all these original members in the 70s when the bridge of sighs album came out fantastic concert
If you really want to see good closeups of him playing live, watch the Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock video.
For those not aware, this is all Eddie & his guitar. No peddles No sound effects No mixing board (live or post production) There are many great guitar players, but (IMO) no one else could/can pull off the music Eddie made without the aid of peddles and/or a computer
Robin has been my favorite rock guitar store almost 50 years. And he's still going today. He just put out an album that was a collaboration with a girl named Sari Schorr on vocals. And I think he turned 79 this year.
Yes in the red vest thst is robin
If anyone ever asked me "What is Rock?' I'd play them this album
Very seldom will you hear any of there songs on the radio and I don't know why
We called this style, "Heavy"
I caught this band in Detroit in 1975....the loudest concert (and one of the best) I have ever seen. So good! "Too Rolling Stoned" is another track off this fantastic album!
Dayum.
74-year-old white dude here bro and Jimi Hendrix once spoke to me after a concert he said hey man and shot me the peace sign God bless you and may your path always rise up to greet you love your channel.
I saw The White Hendrix at the Reading Festival in the UK in 1975. It rained the whole weekend, except when Trower came on and miraculously, the sun came out. I will always remember. Yes, Hawkwind, Thin Lizzy, and Supertramp also played.
YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO TERRY KATH!
Never saw that before. The first song is "Stepping Stone" which is rare and only appeared on the "War Heroes" album, and possibly some more recent collections, then "Fire" which was one of his early tracks, and then "Freedom" which was on the "Cry of Love" album. Not the best quality film but better than nothing.
The art of playing slow!
This is 420 times old ones you know 😎
everyone out there relaxing, Trower is the one that has the greatest facial expressions while jamming..
I love bridges of sighs!
They released all 4 shows uncut on the "songs for groovy children" box set also. There's colorized footage of the machine gun performance also floating around ;)
Dope reaction, bro. I'm a 80s baby but I got put on the Hendrix 17 years ago. That shit changed my life. Been a OD fan since then. I know all the Hendrix music damn near. Bought hard copies and all of that. This particular concert was four different concerts, 4 nights in a row. You gotta hear the 12 min and change long Machine Gun from this concert. Please react to that! I wanna see your life change on camera. That is one of his best performances out of the many. They're literally dumpin on that track. Fax!
I'm old dude 65, I saw Trower this tour and 2 other times in the 70's great shows. The Jamaican drummer replaced by Sly and the family stones drummer after this album
ROBIN TROWER IS TO ROLLING STONED! ❤😎
take that hoodie off bra
The studio version of those songs are on the Cry of Love album.
Yes it is Robin Trower
I remember playing this CD in a place called Marteinez lake in Az. Back in like 2001 to a bunch of SanDieago College kids they went crazy when i told them it was like a 1976 or older song.
