Good spotting.
Maising vídeo.
Was this winter? I’m surprised you didn’t meet the local sevengiller population spearing in there, Lot’s of them and they aren’t small 😆
New subscriber. Enjoyed watching your success 💪🧥✌️🇺🇸⚒️⚒️⚒️⚒️👋😆
I'd love to go down to those bays down there. I know exactly where you are in this video. Thing is I have this inflatable boat which is a tad big and heavy to launch down there, ie- there's a reason you guys use kayaks in those bays down there. So I mostly launch my boat and thusfar have dived Akaroa harbour several times. But in future hoping to do Motunau next summer. And if the wife were to let me get a kayak (which she probably wouldn't) then I could try out down there where you guys dive. Also saving up for a better boat, would like a more fit for purpose boat like a Mac 360 with a bigger outboard so I could launch wainui and get all the way down there. My inflatable barely has enough space for 2 divers and gear and often struggles to get on plane which is why so far I've dived in the harbour. Shame our dive season is so short, you head out in winter and the water is just mud all the time.
Teoka is best bet you can park close to the bay and with two lift the boat over the fence have done it a few times and don't need to go out far. Also all those bays are divable from the shore. No point going to south bays from akaroa if it's flat enough to do that you want to be checking out all the awesome spots heading right out of the harbor.
@@timwashere when you go to tumbledown bay, how far is that grass walkway? Do you put the kayak in wheels and pull it down to the water?
@@KiwiKaimoana yea it's a wee way don't recommend tumble down not very productive unless your out at the heads. lh side waste of time. Yea we use wheels dragging a kayak with a big payload was only done once! Lol
Make nossle a bit smaller so it wont block. Great job & new subby...

You going to be leaving lots behind if you're not busting up that bedrock.
Been thinking about giving this a crack. Looks fun.
Can you share your spots where you dive in south bays please
Happy to do so meet up for a beer first?

Lol
Hey when are you posting up another gold adventure?
Thanks for you comment 👍 hope to do so soon but first another dive video!
What are you using to film under water ?
Gopro9
Wow eeeeee!! Great job buddy!!
Nice haul🤙🤙
What a haul, great work lads! Saw you up there just the other week, was gonna say hi but you two looked busy so left you too it. Scratched round the banks in that area and got a fair bit but had much better luck upstream, did detect a visible picker underwater in that area though (not trying to steal your spots, just a quick scratch around as you can probably tell from our newest video) its amazing how much can be found in the stream though and that visible piece, amazing! Have you tried much further upstream or just stuck round that area your in now? Cheers
Love this so much! Great vid. Can you give any clues as to the location I'm dying to try for a dive on the peninsular! But am lost as to where to start
Nice one bro..... :)
Ausome video!!!! Sniper!!!
Boss
Amazing take! And that "sunbaker" at the end! Question, how do you keep that camera so still?
I can answwr that he uses a gopro 9 with stabilization built in the camera.
Nice video on how to clean a crack. I use a grease gun with a half inch tube for blowing out cracks. It's fun to watch a multiple ounce golden shower blow out of the bottom of a crack you thought you thoroughly cleaned. If your grease gun has a 2 inch drop inside it can hold about 3 ounces of gold. And suck up nuggets to half ounce for safe keeping. Been doing this for 40 years; grease gun, gad bar, rock hammer and screw driver.
