INGREDIENTS
- 400 gms Basmati Rice
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 175 gms. Diced Onions
- 20 gms. Chopped Garlic

- 200 gms Bell Peppers
- 1 Cube Chicken Stock
- 1.5 tbsp Tomato Purée (Double Concentrated)

I don't understand, what are we meant to do with the sauce at the end? Glaze the chicken or do we use that for something else.? Looks delivious btw!😍
@@sweetbutshowa Thank you for your compliment. 😀 The sauce is usually served on the side to dip your chicken into before eating or you can put it on top of your rice. It is quite strong so it is used/ eaten sparingly. Enjoy!
