The first guy really did it for me, not just himself but also the sound in the room, the whole space sounds 'carpeted' like I could fall asleeo in that shop.
Her voice is very sweet and very beautiful but the concepts she tries to explain seem a bit abstract and not very usable for many people. With all due respect, when you know something well you can explain it in different ways to different people. Repeating the same concepts using the same words over and over again suggests little competence
