Heavensward is my favorite expansion, no other expansion even comes close to how much i like HW.

I felt that tall grey haired women part. And when you said that Vanu Vanu plot line thing... i think it was because we just wanted to get us on the good side with some noble houses, and there were tension with the opposing Vanu Vanu. But i do not remember it exactly. So you are kinda right that this was the least memorable part. Good Video!

Something I find funny about being stripped of the blessing and having to regain it. People forget how much you got absolutely destroyed in the finale of ARR. The only reason you succeeded was because of Hydaelyn. She stripped ultima weapon, sheilded us from ultima, gave us power to destroy Ultima Weapon, she evem had to BRING US BACK TO LIFE against Lahabrea. What kind of champion are you if you have to be hard carried when it truely matters. So I feel the test is very importany to building the WoL up to being a true champion.

Little bit of 3.0 trivia, the NA player base was pretty torn on liking Heavensward when it first came out. Because the story was so compelling (or people were just racing to the end) the story was consumed really fast, but then there was nothing to do post story. CS3 took a well deserved vacation after Heavensward dropped, so aside from some stability patches there was no new content for MONTHS, which really soured the original fervor. That said, it was a great expansion, and really put the game on the map for a lot of people that wouldn’t have tried it otherwise.

I really like your editing style. A lot of people try the "character emotes at the camera" for presentation but you made it really dynamic and brought a lot of personality to your video! I gave up on ARR twice back when Heavensward released and it was only when Shadowbringers was out that I gave it another shot. I have to say the patches for ARR are where I felt the game hit the "now THIS is a FInal Fantasy game" level for me. The Crystal Braves and Ul'dah storylines got me really invested and the lead into Heavensward solidified my love for this games world and story. If there's one thing that shines through in every bit of content, it's the love for the game and the community the developers have. If you're enjoying the progression of content from post-ARR I can say confidently you're going to have a great time in the future expansions. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

In term of doing the coils the way it was intended for the challenge. It is still possible nowadays. You can go in with a group of 7 other people, tick min ilvl and no echo and have a good time. There is still people doing that content, although it's easier to go with a static than pf for it if the objective is to do them all.

Congrats on reaching Heavensward, where the fire is hot and the steel is cold! While it is a shame you weren't able to get a group together to do Coils '''legitimately''' (lol), I'm glad you were able to at least enjoy the story. Enjoy your journey in 3.0 and beyond!

Coils, unfortunately, is both Savage-level content on-level (which are never in roulettes and for good reason) and have a lot of cutscenes inside the duty (which tends to make people forced into the duty annoyed when they have sprouts-Prae's unskippable cutscenes and while segment of the duty menu to itself are because people were huge assholes about sprouts watching cutscenes for a long time, and before Duty Support existed they needed a way to bribe people to actually run it so sprouts could do msq). You're not the only one who wants them to be made more accessible, but they'd need a complete rework to fit in with the rest of the design ethos of the game (which is "normal and roulette content is expected to be *possible* to clear blind within the duty timer") which unfortunately is not a dev priority. 😔

Re: the Crystal Tower, it unlocks fairly early on in the patches and you can clear it completely as soon as you unlock it, the msq lock for it is just at a pretty rough point. It doesn't help that the quest list is very overstuffed at this point and taking a quest but not having it in the five shown hides it from the map by default so it becomes harder to remember they're there.
