@@AdventureSquadOverland lol, that would have been a lot of work though, you were lucky there was a spot to drive out. I don't get to go out much kids and work and I have a full size Silverado most of the trails around here are jeep trails so I have to "find" other places to offroad without having to crawl rocks, not my thing.

Yes :) they prevent your tire from driving up into your wheel well if your running larger tires and the larger and longer landing pad decreases the impact on the joints and components. In the back it can save your lief springs from getting shot or high compression struts from getting blown out. In the back it cushions between the leaf pack and the frame. In the front it does the same between the lower control arm and the frame. Saved me a ton of money and the first gen I had still looked new after 40k miles. Very reliable brand I’m sticking with.

​@@AngryGrunt2007 I can't say for the price but the work itself is fairly easy. As he says in the video it's 4 bolts to losen. Not even remove just lose enough to slip the new one in. I would say difficulty of like a 4/10 and that might be a high ball on the difficulty it's really simple.

There is a reason a suspension shop replaces u bolts they don't tend to hold torque being reused

@user-bl8jv2op6e honestly never had an issue from reusing them. But then again, most of the stuff I did with them was older trucks, and they tend to just be built better.

Oregon didn’t disappoint. Which is your favorite forest?

I've never seen the Red Woods but they seam amazing so I'd probably choose the Red Wood Forest.

Still going strong after a year and 30k miles. There is squeeking but the pads are fine, I’m told it’s the performance pads I grabbed expected.

Weird, I wonder if there's some debris in there. What pads did you use? And do you recommend using a different pad?

@@1Larrivacompany says its normal. They put noise in the non performance which is a different compound bc that’s how people usually know to change them. But for performance I was told they all make noise for the performance compound.

@AdventureSquadOverland yes, my grandma's rear grew suction cups and she was cussin the whole way, but yeah we made it 😆. I will have to make it a goal to take the jeep up there when I get a chance.

Yep fish, capable 4x4 with high clearance, it’s pretty steep and a little loose.

I start w the oil and I’m not fast enough to beat it. Plus one pair of gloves and a clean job and no more torque spec crush washers n bolts to replace each oil change. Plus I drain straight into the old jug so I don’t need a drain pan :) That’s time and $ savings for me.

@@AdventureSquadOverland yea, I’m very glad I bought it; wanted to for awhile but never liked the other style(s) that might run the risk of accidental discharge. Can’t wait to use it for years I hope!🤞
