More details please, where is this again? Can you please go to the boat and see wats on it. I would be pulled to that boat to explore it to save my life. Those cows looks delicious, I hope they can find their way home. They are usually ok even in a neck high water unless they get washed away. But cows cross rivers and ponds and swaps all the time, safely.
