    Delicious recipe! I swapped 3 fresh minced garlic cloves for half the garlic powder. Added a few dashes of red pepper flakes. Also marinaded it overnight. Grilled the skewers over charcoal until medium rare. Served with hibachi fried rice and a tomato/cucumber salad. 5 stars!

    Sprinkle sesame seeds a bit more pepper followed with a splash of soy. That would make it pop if you ask me. I might even add a pinch of cayenne! Food for thought pun intended😂

    First time to your channel. This is a very descriptive and entertaining video on preparing crawfish. What many don't explain, that you did, was the prep time and cook timing. Thanks for the tips on puncturing the red potatoes, ice cooldown, serving sizes. I'm a 20 to 30 pound crawfish eater myself!
