I can barely understand what he is saying not because of the thick accent and the high rate of speed he speaks at but because of the poor microphone being used and the intrusive music. Otherwise its an excellently written, well produced description and comparison of what’s currently available. I just wish he would use a better microphone 🎤 .

Would love to see a video on which probe is best for sono guided IV and IV access use. Trying to find a decently priced probe to use in the ER for difficult IV sticks. These seem like a viable, easy to use option to help increase successful IV start rates, and increase the use of sono to help with IV starts. Might even buy one for myself to use as my own tool to bring with me to work!

Great introductory video. I have a few questions. I’m concerned that it is water resistant as opposed to waterproof (i.e. Dr Sono and Vave, for example). How receptive have they been updating the software since I read complaints about the usability of the software. How reliable is the connection to your phone or tablet? Any other issues come to mind on it?

Hello and great videos! Quick Q: i did Cards in Costa Rica. Nos finishing IM in the US, and probably re doing cards here in the US. I have been wanting to continue seeing the heart and lungs mainly. I have access to the cart US in the hospital but it’s always time consuming and we have limited time-> end up avoiding. I want a highly versatile handheld US that does a little of everything but hopefully a powerhorse for the heart. I have 2 possibilities in mind but would like to hear your opinion. I’m not willing to spend over $6000. Based on that info: what would your top 3 recs be? I think I know your answer cause I have seen several of your videos but don’t want to bias your comments :)

lol... you realize youre the only legit knowledge source on all these devices on youtube. was on rotation and the ob doc couldnt find an early term heartbeat during ob checkup. asked the tech to get the big standup ultrasound machine but it was busy being used by the other provider. doc got upset and started ranting "why are they always hogging the US machine, why do we only have one machine...ect." I offered to go get my machine out of my backpack and he must of thought I was joking. "oh yeah, sure, now I gotta see this." Came back and we were able to instantly visualize baby. still having trouble with his handheld heartbeat microphone thing so I offered to use the doppler setting on mine which worked instantly. after the visit he walked me to the office manager's office and told her I wasn't allowed to leave the room until she ordered him one (Dr's also the CMO of the hospital). said he doesnt care what she has to do to, find the funds, either out of his CE fund or his next paycheck lol. feel like were still in the stone age regarding portables here in the USA. im glad i found your channel yo.

Is the ultrasound able to penetrate deep enough to visualize the bowel layers ( lumen, mucosa, submucosa, muscularis propria, and serosa)?
