Hi Harsh, whats the difference between Scheduling & Capacities tab of Work centers in terms of setup, machine formulae ? Both have same formulae. Scheduling uses the time in Routing and determines the duration. What about Capacity formula, same thing, right ?
Hi @narenaw4258, there is slight change in terms of formulae what you understand and what is actual, if you check the formula scheduling and capacity formula are different. One has scheduling tick mark and other is capacity, in standard both doesn’t have tick mark for both scheduling and capacity
@@sapwithharsh both SAP001 have tick marks for scheduling. My point is why they have formula both places if there is no difference ? Capacity also calculates duration, same as scheduling also. I don't see any difference.

If you want to use the unrestricted stock for component then pls use collective indicator 2 in mrp 4 view of the component
Hello, thanks for your video. I have a question. I'm trying to use strategy 41 as said above. The problem that I 'm facing is that in sales order (va01) field RqTy is not appearing. Any idea on how can I make it appear ? Thanks again !
Pls verify if strategy is assigned to material in mrp 3 view and then sales order is created, also verify in sales order procurement tab if requirement type is selected correctly according to the strategy
Hi, I am also facing the same issue. I have assigned planning strategy 41 in material master then created sales order. But I don't find any requirement type field in procurement tab.

No it’s not required only purchase info record and control key will drive it
If material was with 20, it would have created just one order with pir reduced, right?
Strategy 20 is MTO and doesn’t align to reduce PIR, neither we can enter PIR for those materials

Thanks for the lecture, I have 1 one question: when i do backfusk for REM planned Order, system doesnt allow me to choose stock type B. Even in BOM, I set BOM Item in special type K - material provided by customer. What configuration i need to maintain to solve the issue, hope to hear from you soon

I want to reverse the confirmation quantity of 2 months ago, even though the period has closed, what is the solution?
Usually it won’t be possible to reverse the operation confirmation after period is closed. You can ask MM and FI consultants to open period which again won’t be agreed depends, or you can reverse the good movements 1st using MIGO (choose posting date as current date) and then cancel the confirmation using c013.. this won’t be easy task for sure

Process is well explained and everything understood deeply that i was searching for long time. But i have a doubt. After running MRP, why i have to check every material and product manually and execute one by one? Is there any record to see which are the products that are planned in mass mrp run so that it can be referred during one ny one execution without skipping any item?
after MRP live run, we have the reports in same page where it shows what all materials are planned
