Max left her no choice and if she didn't do what she did, Superman would have killed numerous people under Max's control. I am 100% with WW on this and actually would have done it sooner.

This wasn't the first big fight between Clark and Diana. Way back in the mid to late 70s, DC produced a series of giant-sized one-shots. They were mostly stories of Superman fighting other heroes: Spider-man, Captain Marvel, Mohammed Ali, and yes, Wonder Woman. Granted, it was the Superman and Wonder Woman of Earth 2, but they still had a knockdown, dragout fight set in the time of WWII.

Seems like a lot of sexual tension between these two.

Still Batman plot armor as Batman should've been decimated. This 'fight' again downplays the vast vast differences between the two making the Man of Steel just another cardboard cutout against the Dark Blight of the comic page.
