Salesforce is the #1 CRM system on the world. And actually much more than that. Lots of people would like to use it and master it without any developer background. And that is possible: 80% of the requirements can be done without any line of codes.
My goal is to create video tutorials about the different Salesforce functionalities for admins and end users. My main specialties are Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. In addition you can expect some reviews of AppExchange apps and free CRM alternatives as well. If you are interested in any functionalities and would like me to create a video about it, please don't hesitate to drop me a comment.
I'm also trying to build a virtual Salesforce Community where Salesforce Admins and End Users can share their interest, ask and answer questions and have meaningful discussions. If you are interested, please join us: groups/crm.monkey/
In addition I have a Facebook page as well: crm.monkey/

Really good video! Thank you very much! I just have one question: Is it possible to adjust the duration of the task? In the calendar, it's always 30 minutes.
Hi there! I have a question. How can one view tasks of other users. Right now, if we click on Other Calendars, we pick the user’s name and can see their events but not tasks. Is there anyway to be able to see other users tasks in calendar?
Thank you 🙏
Thank you for the video it was really useful!
Thank you.
Very informative video, one of the most helpful i've seen, Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks, this is very helpful. As an Admin I think there must be a setting to apply newly created calendar to a list of users!
Is there any way to see the lead name or account name of the task instead of subject?
Yes, you have to select them in the field to display field when you set up the calendar.
Thanks for sharing. This video has lots of value in it. There was a roadblock where admin couldn't make 'My Task' calendar visible for all user on org level. However, it takes only about 3 minutes to login as user and to add the new calendar while setting up the fields configuration accordingly. Good story if you have to do this for limited number of users.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much! Very useful

Great video with useful business cases. Do you know if there is a way to set up the task calendar by default for the users or some specific users? Thank you.
Thank you, Rodrigo. Unfortunately adding a new calendar to My Calendars is only possible on a user basis. This Salesforce article covers this: help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.calendar_create_examples.htm&type=5
