What a great episode! Everything I've seen and heard about Monica and Alex have suggested that they are just "good people" and this just confirms that. I discovered Siempre early on in my palette development and it has remained a regular on my shelf as I have explored new bottles. Being a Blanco guy I don't really have any suggestions on future products I'd like to see. But I do think as long as the Siempre brand stays on it's current path and Alex and Sergio keeps tinkering good things will continue to happen. 👍🏼 Keep up the great work Brad! Salud! 🥂 ~ JJ

Wow! What an episode! I could definitely do some back porch sitting, sipping tequila by a fire pit with these guys! Both seem like such down to earth, cool guys. Their attitude towards business AND tequila are inspiring. Their relationship, both personal and professional, seems so genuine! I love the label! It has a very authentic feeling, vintage or nostalgic vibe to it. Or maybe even an artisanal spirit that suggests the juice is made traditionally! Not that a label determines how a product is produced but after listening to "Particular Pete" and Omar discuss their "struggles", as he put it, you feel their passion and you just know that it is made traditionally! Well, that and they told us it was! 😁 I've already started trying to get a bottle of blanco here in Northeast Texas! Hopefully the "buy" button on the website will be functional soon! Thanks Brad for introducing me to this brand! I can't wait to get my hands on the blanco! 👊🏼

In 2025 I'd like to see more tequilas like Ocho Puntas and Mijenta Maestra. Really just more high proofs in general

Great review. Hawaii has tons of great agricultural land that is underused now that the large commercial sugar cane and pineapple plantations have closed. It's really great to see the shift to high-value products like coffee, cacao and now distilled spirits. We've got a couple of rhum agricole businesses, Koloa on Kauai and Ko Hana here on Oahu, but this is the first time I've heard of Waikulu and their distilado. I hope they pick up a distributor here in Honolulu since I don't get to Maui that often. I'd love to try it!
