@destiny iceflame After playing Black/White 2 for a while, I found out how you got there. The place is just there to browse, since the people know what happened 2 years before at that island. Victini was already taken care of. I would imagine Game Freak wants you to trade Victini from the first Black and White. Which would explain the random Wi-Fi Victini event months ago. It's not worthless, I would assume, but no, the game isn't programmed to have Victini there.
