Wild Lettuce - what is this weed good for? Can you eat it?
Awesome bro.. adding in a little gospel❤
I don't need to know where your spots are believe me I got a thousand of my own! Once you know where to look it's easy! I have been seeing this new plant growing in the woods around where I ginsing hunt and it's this nasty burning type of plant that all you need to do is rub uo against it or touch it and you get swollen hands and legs it's the most nasty thing I have ever ran into! I was curious if you know anything about it? I have noticed in many of my spots this crap is growing and it's killing everything around it! Nothing else will grow! Id like to share a video showing you what it is and see what you think or if you know anything about it!
Great detailed explanation! thanks!🍄
I like you explain about chanterelles. That helps a lot!!! I gathered chanterelles in my yard, cook them and eat. I like them. How do I check mashrooms. Put some in a pot add water and shallot onion. Bring to boil. If onion didn't get blue mashrooms are eatable. How do you call the big mashroom at the end in your video. I have them in my place I live. How to cook them. Thank you so much
Super detailed description! Great educational video!
You should be a preacher brother!
I always thought you cut them and not pull the root out so more will grow??
curious....you musta been a machine gunner?
Yes.
Morel....never had...you ever get sick by picking wrong thing?
Nope
Never used rumble? Is it popular?
What type of myshroom is this?
Hi can we grow in india??
Absolutely my friend it a vigorously growing plant that love sun!!
@@MrJec1129thank you for the reply ....i was waiting eagerly.....but in protected cultivation like under greenhouse or in open field?
These plants are super tolerant and and fast growing. May need more water in hotter climates, but there should be no problem! Just keep an eye on them cause there very invasive.
@@sirepic04 oh k thank you😊
🍄🌈🥴
Beware of poison hemlock look alike. Don't even touch it.
Most definitely
fk eating that or even looking for it
what I mean is if you grew up in one area then yeah ok but mushrooms are children of the environment even the experts get it wrong getting it wrong with these types is end of the road
It's definitely a danger but if u follow the steps it's really not so much a danger.
It would be great if people just said “increases libido” instead of dancing around medical effects.
It doesn't "increase libido. It liquefies or melts the outermost inside and draws it outside of itself of certain systems and organisms. An example for a reason to try it if you don't want to bang for reasons that feel like use it or lose it related.
poison ivy vine ,has got me bad before!!!!!!!!!!i don't look at it to long🤕
So frustrating bc all Greenbriar has the heart shaped leaves
Lots of information. Thank you!
Thanks always 💜💯 I took my morning walk and then came back to learn with you. Appreciate your knowledge 💪
I appreciate you
Off topic, but why the tattoo of an automatic weapon ?
X military
Good job❤
What was the answer? I've found chanterelles that have distinctly different peach color unlike any other chanterelles I've found. Central VA.
Thank you GOD !❤❤
Amen!!
Informative, great video. Thank you and God bless.
Thankyou
O
Wow... I'm a disciple of Christ and a forager too. Love it ❤️
My woods have tons of solomons seal, and I have had feasts but yeah you can eat 7 years of growth in 1 meal, literally 10 rhisomes*7 = 70 years of growth in that meal. You have to harvest only half the root and employ active tactics to propagate them just as you harvest. I also have beds of Orange daylilly which grow a little "faster" lol (like saying a turtle runs fast) but is also jam packed with carbs, and you dont need to cook many of them for an energy boost. Skirret is a fast grower and at 5 feet tall, 4 feet wide looks more like a bush and sooo many stalks, sooo many leaves all collecting sunlight. The first year I got like 3-10 offset babies off each mother plant, growing in good deep rich soil. And roots much longer, much sweeter and tastier than carrot or parsnip. No comparison with anything storebought. Hardneck garlic is great also and the few potato tubers that I missed surprisingly came back. So there is a lot of potential for underground carb production.
Wow. I love your feed back! Thanks for taking a moment and sending me this.
@@ForagingTruthYour welcome! :)
@@ForagingTruth How long do you have to boil them?thanks👍
Nice to see you having fun, man. Keep it up!
Thanks
I thought it was illegal to harvest them with the seeds and berries on?
According to DCNR in PA: The ginseng harvest season is from September 1 to November 30. It is illegal to harvest ginseng outside of this time frame. Harvest of mature wild plants is only permitted when the plants have at least three leaves of five leaflets (prongs) each and only when the berries are red. www.dcnr.pa.gov/Conservation/WildPlants/Ginseng/Pages/default.aspx#:~:text=The%20ginseng%20harvest%20season%20is,when%20the%20berries%20are%20red.
So dark purple & dark fuzzy stem is a black walnut? Any other clues? There’s a park near me with several full grown black walnuts and close to them are 12-18 inch trees growing. I’d like to take a few but not sure if they’re black walnut. I imagine other trees don’t sprout close to a mature black walnut but lmk! Thanks!
I'll post a pic of one on the FB page
Not sure what you are talking about except seeds. Not sure “to see what you do” with what? Sorry not trying to be rude just not sure what freedom seeds are
Military stuff for preparing 😁. UA-cam doesn't like
I have some shrooms that have all the same characteristics except the rattlesnake stalk would you know what it is?
ua-cam.com/users/shorts25Q7fCdJQbE?si=BpXoVXBpNeU-U63U
Try this. Do they bruise any particular color?
@@ForagingTruth pinkish red
I've always had a habit of just looking down, most often because I don't know if any shrooms climbed trees.!
Hahaha
It's a symbiosis in the ground 😁
If God can create the symbiosis of these organisms and DNA I'm pretty sure God can create evolution too. It doesn't have to be a fight...we can have God and sciences...its not a holy war.
Why would God create evolution if you can create every living organism the way he wants it to be and cause it to be adapted to its surroundings. We don't have to merely accept science or God. We can have science and God because science is a study of his creation and on top of that, I am really glad for the feedback, I hope you continue to watch this channel

awesome thanks for sharing
Is today a good day in Indiana to look for Morels or is it too late?
That is a very good question! ☺️ I'm not able to answer 😔
Cool thanks for sharing! I love learning about wild food. Never know when you might need this knowledge. ❤
The second reason I started the channel is just that
What was the brand of those tinctures?
Natural Hope
Natural Hope Herbals LLC (717) 692-5100 g.co/kgs/9hMEkwA
Definitely some crappie or some say calico ❤
I put crappie in my lower pond it's grassy and I don't want them to over crowd my big pond. Love crappie
Can you show the leaves or something more for better identification of the type of trees your finding these models. Thanks ❤
What state are you finding these?
Pennsylvania
Will you use it as a butt plug or what?
Did you look for these on a slope ? I still don’t have an area I’ve found morel
It's all about the trees
Watch out elm tree videos
It is so nice to find plenty of mushrooms, I've grown up in the woods...
It's the best way.😁
What's the benefits of this mushroom
Great taste, vitamin D, and a lot of great health benefits.
Also...help fight harmful pathogens, boost immune function, promote liver health and reduce cancer cell growth
I don't know any thing about roots and shit, but I know one thing for sure is this dude doesn't know how to dig for root. That is a sure thing 😃😃😃😃😃
Show us the correct way sir 😄
North east PA sucks. Been all over theses mountains. Don't waist your time. Anything Luzerne county and north is terrible land. The dirt is too polluted.
Come out to Western PA plenty of foraging out here
I'm on north west pa and haven't found it yet
