We're family of three travelling the world and learning from the source. We believe in homeschooling and we share our experiences with teaching/learning/ travelling here on the channel.
I believe in gaining wide general knowledge vs. encyclopaedic knowledge (especially forced into kids in Eastern Europe schooling system), project-based learning and problem-solving thinking vs. memorizing facts.
I also believe in equality (of nations and genders) and beauty (of cultural differences). I'm raising my kids to be kind, accepting, true to their interest and nature, capable to think and solve problems.
If that sounds interesting, consider subscribing! See you in the next video x

Impresivno i poučno
🤗🤗 hvala! Zaista se pokazalo veoma dobar metod učenja i širenja horizonta. Definitivno najbolji metod za kulturnu razmenu ❤

She has that glassy eyed stare and monotone voice of the stereotypical cult member. Everyone who boasts about homeschooling is an awful advertisment for it.
This is why trump won
Mine go everywhere with me. We have multiple co-op meeting per month. We own a farm that does tours that the kids help with when they feel like it. We have park days every week. We also have a bible study group we see every Saturday. My kids are taught how to socialize with all age groups so they know to be gentle with babies and respectful of elders and that we dont hit people just cause we're mad. Public school bus picks up here at 6:30am and drops off by 5 or 5:30pm. Our work day is usually over by then. Not to mention how crabby kids are after a noisy long day. My kids would have almost 0 chance to interact with all age groups if they were cooped up at school all day. My 5th grader is doing 8th grade work in some subjects and 3rd grade work in others. Pubkic school would never have allowed that to happen for her. They looked at her autism and said she wouldnt have been capable and wouldve swept her along with her classmates. No thanks. Homeschool was the best thing we ever did.
@circlegtrashfarm Wow My mother and I just read your comment, and it hit us so hard ❤️. Thank you for reaching out 🙂. It means so much to know there are like-minded people out there, that go through the same hardship and come to the same conclusions wherever we might be around the globe. God bless ❤️
@worldismyschool there's tons of us out there. We just tend to keep to our personal circles. 🙃
They go everywhere with you? That isn't being social, that is dependency. They need freedom from you to grow emotionally
@BadgerOfTheSea They're 10 and 8.... they have freedom to run the park. The older had a sleepover 2 days ago. Unless you plan on keeping them safe and acting as their personal secret service security they will continue to go with me to wherever I deem or they ask us to go. Maybe when they hit the teenager phase and can legally drive on their own that may change.
@BadgerOfTheSea Why is it dependency? My kids go everywhere with me as well. I believe this gives them big enough emotional base they can dive into when needed. They learn how to behave in all the situations in this way. They see we shouldn't panic when something bad happens. They see how we speak to people, they see hiw we solve problems... they learn "socialization" from spending time time wth parents. I dont think we want them to learn socialization from their peers. I wouldnt. They build their emotional response by watching us.
Cool points
I like the point of not being forced into relationships
Marshmallows 😂😂😂😂
Such a great experience for the kids and so overwhelming for the mummy
@freedomlife-c8o yes, definitely. Amazing experience for all of us and extremely eye-opening
Very slippery topic. I like the point you make here even though I don't agree entirely
What do you disagree with?
I'm also curious to learn
@@freedomlife-c8o All the kids can be shy regardless of the way they're schooled.
@cannonindmajor By all means. But in my experience, homeschooling kids are less shy, contrary to the common belief. As I said in the video, they are pushed in a way to be more out there and more assertive, as their communication isn't given.
This reminded me of Hagia sofia and the Blue mosque in Istanbul. They are next to each other, both with their own stories to tell and super breathtaking. Definitely worth a visit
