    HI, I did the steps of the video, but my "Show view" block errors out and the view doesn't appear at the chat, when I use the test chat feature. Unfortunatelly, the logs are not very helpfull and I still couldn't find the reason for the error.

      @@vlozm So it depends how you are consuming it, within Avaya eco system i.e Breeze you get it, if it's 3rd party system then you need Adaptor. It's CM responsibility to pass the session parameters forward to the next app.

      @@031rakshithshetty7 Make sure the dialogflow.googleapis.com is accessible from MPP server. Under MPP logs you will see, creations of participants,audio stream etc that also verify the connectivity.

    Thank you for this video. I followed all the steps you suggested, and when I test the Lex bot isolated, it works as expected (returns the custom payload). But when I test the Amazon Connect contact flow, the Get Customer input box errors out. I couldn't find the reason for the error in any logs.

      Just to share in case it helps someone else. I was able to identify the error. I was keeping imageType even though it was no longer referencing imageData. When I removed imageType as well, it worked fine

    I claimed a phone number for sample testing on the Customer Control Panel (CCP). I am unable to claim a phone number - I constantly get this error message "We couldn't claim your phone number The allowed limit for claimed phone numbers has been exceeded for your instance" In Amazon Connect, I navigated to -> Channel -> Phone Numbers to check if I had already claimed a phone number, but that page was completely blank. Please help

    HI Rajiv, is there a way to break down the Cloudwatch log further? For troublshooting the GetInput block? After the bot is requested, it has the right ARN, but I just get "Results": "Error"

      @@toe44 Breakdown of cloud watch is not possible, but you can then check lex logs. So if you are getting an Error it may means the intent not match with configured, lex may be calling a lambda which trigger error etc

      @@rajivcoomar Hey, thanks for the reply. Love your videos hugely. I've spent quite a few hours troubleshooting, I ended up just creating a new bot. I tested each step build after build to replicate the problem. Long story short, as soon as you add a "Card Prompt" in to Lex, it will no longer work with AWS Connect, the flow always goes to "error".
