Make sure you are using the Latest version of ELEX USPS Shipping plugin. Step1: Clear your site cache as well as browser cache and check if the layout is getting changed. Step2: There might be a possibility of compatibility with other third party plugin. Deactivate all the plugin on your site except WooCommerce and our plugin. Check if its working fine then activate other plugins one after another in order to find the plugin with compatibility issues.
