Make sure you are using the Latest version of ELEX USPS Shipping plugin. Step1: Clear your site cache as well as browser cache and check if the layout is getting changed. Step2: There might be a possibility of compatibility with other third party plugin. Deactivate all the plugin on your site except WooCommerce and our plugin. Check if its working fine then activate other plugins one after another in order to find the plugin with compatibility issues. If you repost the exact compatibility issue then our developer can have look on making it compatible. Step3: As an additional step you can also change your theme to default WooCommerce theme in order to check if there is any compatibility issue with the theme If still you are not able to resolve the issue then we suggest you to connect with our support team.

We plan to include this feature in our next release, which will allow users to be redirected to the quote form after clicking the "Add to Quote" button.
