In our new series, we show you the people behind our knives. Since 1932 we have made all our knives in the small village of Holmedal on the West Coast of Norway, and our knives are therefore closely tied to lives of the people living here. First up is Audun, who has been our chief handlemaker for the last 30 years.

At Helle we see a connection with nature is in everything we do. It is our source of inspiration and always welcomes us as an antidot to our high speed society.
