In Canada, inflation and taxes got so high rents have reached the ceiling, we receive about one million and a hafl new immigrants a year, Our healtcare suffers and housing too. Me too, sometimes' i dont feel at home in my native city. The leaders of the word (Word Economic Forum) are creating chaos. We also are loosing our freedom and its going to get worse, that is why people are fleeing. I am sorry it s affecting the Mexican people negativlly. Maybe your governement should forbid foreigners to buy housing. Do you think this would help?

Wow! No Uber in Nayarit is really bad news. I will be there in September at Vindanta, and I was planning on getting a car, but I thought maybe I’ll just use Uber…I guess not, 😂.

You missed the target. The main reason why you have low season is because up North there is a warm and hot weather and also in low season the Airlines tickets more expensive due to low levels of passengers willing to flight South

Prices have gone up exponentially every year since we've been going to PV in 2017. Hotels, ABB, taxis, dining, etc. We were just there in May, and we were paying US prices for meals. *not street food. It's pushing us to travel to other Mexican states and destinations, which will turn out to be a good thing. Mexico is a fabulous country! ❤

Are you able to snorkel with that cloudy weather?

I went to PV early July last year and it was HOT and HUMID 🥵. It was dry daily with rain in the evenings lasting about 30-60 minutes. I was still able to enjoy every day.

We just returned from Neuvo Vallarta at Vidanta Grand Bliss June 7th-14th. The weather was so good, light breeze, humidity wasn't bad at all. Ocean water was so warm.

I will be coming there two weeks from wed and right now where i live in wisconsin in the u.s. at 10:53 pm and 25 C outside and humid and its going to 35 C for the next few days so lol

Puerto Vallarta has grown in population the last 5 years. Have increased by 40,000 more people becoming permanent residencies. Water is going to be the main issue in the future. Experts are predicting Mexico City is going to have major shortage of water this summer. Poor maintenance of the existing water supply network has a loss of about 40% to leakage from broken underground pipes.
