    Hey, been watching your videos to figure out which one to buy. On this video you say the EVO sounds louder than the SE. On your EVO review video you say it sounds quieter than the original phantom spirit, do you mean non-SE there? Or did you change your opinion here when comparing the two? Also, considering the EVO can have much higher RPMs, even if you capped it at 1500rpm which is the maximum the SE can go up to, wouldn't it cool the same or better than the SE while still maintaining lower noise? Thanks!

    • @WELSHYTECH
      @WELSHYTECH 21 годину тому

      Yes I mean the non-se The EVO is louder but not by much But also remember when I make the Noise test I'm right by the system and I have sensitive hearing so to me it seems louder But honestly Either would do the job depending on the CPU of course

    • @WELSHYTECH

I have previously mounted heatsinks such as Noctua NH-U12S Redux and DEEP COOL GAMMAXX GTE V2, yet, with them I was able to remove the fan very easily, instead with the Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 EVO I couldn't, so much so that I struggled a bit to install it, the screws didn't seem to match... after more than 10 minutes on cinebench r23 it only showed me a maximum of 54 degrees on a 12400, really good quality.

    Thanks for the review! Have you been using either of these long term since the video? If so any negatives to report since? I have the Peerless Assassin 120 in mind for a build but hate how big it is and was hoping for a similar priced AIO.

      No problem 😊 I used the notte for around 6 months and never had an issue. I hope that helps

    I noticed the gk30 in the background. Is the 41 better? Ive heard the rgb is dull on tht 30. Also is red switches quiet? Some other msi keyboards have white and blue. Im not a lover of loud clicking. Thanks.

    Do you know if you can control the fan so that the fans does not light up only the sides?

    Kinda doesnt make sense that u dont look at fan RPM

    • @WELSHYTECH
      @WELSHYTECH 15 днів тому

      This is about thermal limits, which is better for full load applications having the fans at full RPM take the fans out of it
