@@thewatchworkshop I have a few Titans and 5 DWC watches (A Devanagari Chronograph, 2 Kolars and 2 Villianurs). I’ve only one hmt (Kohinoor mechanical), so my experience with Indian brands/microbrands is limited to these. I’ve seen a few reviews of watches from microbrands like Argos, Coromandel, JWC and Frank Lord. Since these brands offer only mechanical watches and I’m a quartz guy (at least at this time), I haven’t bought any of these watches. In my opinion, the microbrand that’s on a roll is DWC and I’m eyeing their smaller dialed Devanagari Chronograph-3 (rumored to be launched in March). I’ve always felt that Titan makes elegant and classy watches at reasonable prices (irrespective of the backlashes Titan receives from watch enthusiasts) and they’re upping their ante with some premium and limited edition offerings. Of course time will tell if the hype, demand and buzz that we see from watch enthusiasts on hmt (and its project watches) will get hmt back into mainstream through a possible revival !

I personally feel its okaish..you can save 2k more and get titan octane hyperlume on discount! its miles ahead compared to TW000Z604 specs wise! :)

Good question bro, yes it has hollow links, but honestly its not as bad as some other watches, its not a dealbreaker

@@xoxytv I understand brother, you can anyday change the strap, straps are never a deal breaker for me, many seiko divers have good bracelets and yes invicta also has solid links

@ I’m torn between the cocktail (I don’t dress up THAT often) and a field. Boderry has two I’m interested in I like the face of the land master but the voyager has a bronze model that is calling me like the Sirens…. 😂 next up is probably a field. One of the boderries or the Bulova Hack. My upper limit is 500USD. But I try to keep it under 300USD. I’ve been looking for used options.

@@thewatchworkshop i think the Selten Salvage is another awesome entry. Close to $700 USD (gulp), the weathered bronze is absolutely stunning. There’s 7-8 variants. I think I’ve narrowed my pick down to six….

I get where you’re coming from, Gaurav. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying it at MRP, but I think 8.1K is a really good deal for this one. Personally, I feel that good-quality quartz under 10K from reputed brands is still not a bad choice. DWC is changing the game right now by providing top-notch specs within this price range! 😄✨ - What's your go to watch?

@ 1stly I would say that , it’s an awesome collection which you have showcased in this video ! From beater to formal to stylish ! My personal fav would be Casio duro marlin with that colour especially!! Looks classy and we do not have to worry about it once woren ! Maintains all the standards 2nd I would I give to seiko , that’s an timeless piece for sure 👌 3rd edifice and world timer both , edifice ,if you got it under 8k that’s an absolute value for money watch one can get , I love that watch and the value it offers with sapphire crystal ! World timer for daily use is a killer , just wear and forget !

EFR’s strap quality is average, its hollow link, but honestly it’s manageable, fits very very well and super comfortable for long term wear 😄 - are you planning to buy it?
