okay okay I set myself up for failure using Shrine toning drops in white blonde and then Fanola purple shampoo

it's a little random but here we are. Mix and set aside: 1 cup raisins 1/2 cup hot water 1/2 tsp baking soda Mix: 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Alternate adding 1 2/3 cup flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder with the raisin mixture. Bake 10-12 min @ 350F

@FriendlyBumbleBee I would make the crust thinner (1.5 cups graham crumbs instead of 2). Otherwise everything is to taste!

Thanks for this! I am always searching for ways to remove blue dyes which are some of the most difficult colors (along with green) to remove. The problem is I always seem to go right back to blue shortly after removing it because I miss it.😂🤣

Do you trim your hair regularly? I only ask as whenever I used to bleach/dye my own hair, it used to always be short because it used to break off 😢

@@catladykelsy I do so that and the semi. Becomes to much for me lol. So i take a couple months break from semi go permanent then do hair color remover go back to semi lol I do get regular hair cuts and I have short hair so lol pixie short and actually getting a new pixie soon

@leggi_bois4eva 🤞 I haven't tried bondbar bleach. Just got some of their stuff you mix in with bleach or colour (like Olaplex 1)...I'll take every bit of help I can get!
The blue never left mine lol even with hair color remover lol so I just did a red orange semi then when it faded got box dye tempting raspberry lol 🤣 got two more boxes lol and a red hair mask lol

Next time try a can of coke. Wrap a towel around your neck so it doesn't drip on you. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse. Don't use this method regularly though. In moderation it can actually be conditioning to the hair, remove build up, and in return add volume.
@violethuston8291 never heard of this! I guess coke has acid in it...but I don't drink pop so it's not something I have on hand
@catladykelsy I totally understand. I don't drink pop either. Powerade or water here. It's just a really good treatment to try I would only do it like once or twice a month. Sometimes things with high acidity can help close the hair cuticle, causing it to be more shiny, and soft. Basically it will lift and remove build up, and artificial pigments. Them it will close the strand making it more shiny for a few days. Totally recommend doing it in the shower though.

@catladykelsy Me too! You would think acid is bad for your hair, because it's acid, but it's actually very helpful in closing the cuticle.
Don't you get sick of doing this so much? I hate doing my hair BTW have you tried color depositing shampoo/conditioner? I use different brands of those and like them
@amsterdame if I'm doing multiple things for days in a row I get tired of it, like bleaching then hair treatment then toning then toning again then toning again...but I don't mind doing something every couple weeks
I think round two did a good job, do you use heat, like wrapping in a towel and putting a heating pad on top. That helps, but it definitely looks like the blue left the scene 💙😂🎉

After a couple of washes the grey/blue will tone down. My hair grabs in the same places especially the sides. It looks better though

@JustBeHappy48 well the ends have so much residual blue that I can't get to an all over colou rwithout canceling out the blue (which I didn't feel like trying again), so I just wanted the roots less yellow to blend in with what was going on elsewhere...it's complicated

I’m sorry to say this, but most of the issues you run into would be solved if you used appropriate products. Like tones and color removers. It’s sometimes frustrating to watch you struggle when a quick UA-cam video would benefit you. Even watching a bigger hair channel like AKA Ainslen who test every single toner, bleach and color remover may be helpful to you.
Fine hair, and low density hair is the easiest to lift, and work on. I have course strands but medium to low density hair. I love how easy it is to lift my hair, and the damage is way less noticeable... usually. Everyone is different. 💜💜💜

Have you heard of Brad Mondo? If not check out his channel where you'll find the answers to why this didn't work.... Basically you have 'hot roots' caused by the hair not being fully processed the last time it was bleached, hair goes through stages of colour & yellow is one of them, you will never rectify this with toner it just won't do anything & the amount of product you were putting on was nowhere near enough....as a blonde my advice to anyone who wants to be blonde or a version of is leave it to the experts it'll never look professional otherwise & you'll probably spend more money trying to fix it!

I did not realize that I have to constantly buy new products all the time. Where am I going to put it? I moved back to Florida, and now I have gray hair. I'm not planning on dyeing my hair.
