I don't agree with everything she says but I think you misrepresent some of Melonie's point on the issue with sexuality in gaming. There a concerning number of men addicted to pornography and graphic images. Platforms like OnlyFans and the prevalence of women dressing provocatively on the internet, such as in cosplay, contribute to this issue. It's gotten so out of hand content creators are using the gym to promote this filth. Melonie, a Christian and a gamer, desires the gaming community to be relatively free from such destructive content that she believes is destroying men. That is completely different than violence in games.

Because doing that gives more power to people on the other side. Baldurs gate 3 has gay stuff but its not woke. And its important that our side remembers this distinction. Because i have seen genuinely homophobic, and racist people who are using our movement for good games to piggyback and spread actual hate. Daniel vavra the creator of this game has received genuinely nzi tweets and messages where they point out his partially jewish heritage and more. We must make sure that these people don't end up becoming the face of our movement or else this will give more power to the woke grifters. Because then the actual woke people will use these horrible people as an example of our whole "side" and create a false narrative. Even if the game has gay scenes, the execution matters more. Gay people have existed throughout history and a historically accurate depiction would be in line with the game but a modern californian representation won't be. We need to be very careful in how we move forward cuz we have to make sure that actual hateful people who hate black people, or brown people or women or even LGBT people don't use our movement for their own agenda.
