Imma need you to give me my money. Simple and absolutely correct!
And overtime pay
I was Veronica 😂
Send her a recap of the verbal recap you just had.
First mistake is answering a call with Private as the caller ID
I told my employer I'm 500.00 dollars short each month from paying my bill's. I said you can support me by increasing my hours from 37.5 to 40 hrs a week. I noted that will help out with the organization my increasing productivity and help me finanially. Or give me a pay increase of $2.00 more per hour. They said NO. My 2nd job never became a topic of discussion again.
Even in dual consent states it is still legal to record illegal activity even if both parties have not given consent. Totally legal to record if you have reasonable suspicion a crime is about to be committed. Lying like this at work to get someone else written up is illegal. Record your bosses if you think something is up!
Lmao people will lie and deny .. facts are facts, proof of the truth ... Liars hate the truth
They have such a perfect call on the way managers behave.
if I had staff like this they would be gone real quick
Ngl I think it's pretty funny that when she finally says she doesn't have a second, the request isn't "can you stay after work I'm not paying overtime" or "can you spend three months as acting manager for no additional money and no guarantee that you get the job" it's just "can you pick up a birthday cake." It's comparatively small which is just funny to me but also goes to show how fed up she is with people asking her to do shit. Also putting "Happy Birthday Asshole" on someone's cake is iconic regardless what language
The only problem with this skit is that most often management is already putting in the extra time. As a manager I tend to push back though and refuse to work beyond my time and definitely not when I’m at home, I never ask my people to do sum shit like this either.
Love her cma's very smart
Lmao!!!! I looooooooove V's facial expressions and hand movements!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
overtime is overtime, at least to a guy.
Please tell.me there's a part 2 to this coz I need to see her get justice 😂
Last manager rang me over 10x on my day off, I made it very specific that my day off was my day with my wife and I did NOT answer any work related calls. He then got the deputy manager to call me multiple times, then threatened to block my access to the gym (I worked a dual role as a personal trainer and gym instructor). The guy was highly passive aggressive, I hope karma catches him. 12 staff had left in the previous 10 months, always everyone else was at fault.
And this is why you never work salary.
Alternative Answer - I would prefer to work one job that pays me enough so I don't HAVE to work a second job.
I record every interaction with anyone above me and it has saved me twice. They keep telling me I can’t do it but since both times they were doing things illegally they can’t do anything about ir
💩💩💩
Last manager was just like this... total prick.
I agree that everyone has the right to make the money they need. But I’ve seen both sides. I had a coworker who was working nights for at a fast food place and it absolutely drained her after a week or two of almost no sleep. She was on the verge of losing both jobs.
Favors? No we entered a contractual agreement when we did the employment paperwork. I'll expect the additional pay with that additional work.
Capitalism is cancer and it is killing us.
😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Yeah my boss tried this on me a couple of times and I told him hey asshole I'm not coming into work till my pay is correct and the correct pay is in my pocket
I had this happen to me before unfortunately; I had no recording. The new working was coming for my job
The only point that could be challenged would be the read receipt, because some corporate mail programs automatically open emails to scan them for viruses. Other than that, shitty boss behaviour.
I've never worked where there was a 'not my job' category and you could make money from helping other employees. It only every benefitted me to introduce others in the long run! I'm betting someone took the time to train her once, right?
Always keep a paper trail and cc in the relevant people.
Are these real audio or acting?
This is the reason why some people don’t get promoted….
"we would prefer if you didn't have a second job." "So do I. But the bills need to be paid somehow." If only there was a solution for this problem. What if employers could make sure that employees have enough money to live comfortably. I would suggest higher wages. But employers and landlords fighting a war over who owns us seems more likely.
Its strange how many accounts are posting this persons videos... i dont know who the original creator is. Sad.
No lieutenant, the recap is already sent... Click.
Ah..... what? Could this be an actual scenario? ..... what drugs is management taking. They need to share
Yeah as an employer, you do you job or go home. lol this one is wrong. You do what your job is or you leave. Period. If I say you train the new person you train the new person or find another job.
😂😂😂 we are all doomed
As someone that had worked with payroll. If they are asking you to submit payroll..there is time to fix it
Oh my freaking gosh my boss is similar to this.. like they’re the type of boss that does not like to be wrong or in the wrong. But I find it funny how since it’s a recorded meeting and they fire Veronica for it. That’s evidence of wrongful termination.
👀😝

Pay the original creator of at least acknowledge you ripped it off
the minute the manager said (I feel)
Maybe she's waiting for "exceeding compensation" ?
😂
Love these!
This is so accurate for so many industries especially healthcare . They ask us to take care of more and more patients in less time as the CEOs ‘earn’ more millions. Crazy !!
