Hi Nessie I just purchased my new chromebook. Iam having one problem with it. When was set up to put my code number in when you turn on my Chromebook it doesn't take the number it keeps saying the wrong password. Can you please help.

hello i'm facing a problem in audio in some videos the volume is very low from the chromebook(hp) where as when i play the same video in my mobile i can hear the sound aloud i tried adjusting the volume in keyboard as well as by accessing at the bottom of desktop. Can someone tell me how can i increase the volume in the chrome book such that it sounder as clear and loud as in any other device
