Solve Drainage Problem on Kenmore Quite Guard 2 Dishwater. Will also work for Whirlpool dishwashers
Severe cloggage in the drain tube might cause the water pump to not run during the drain cycle, although the same pump will run during the wash cycle. There is only one pump in this dishwasher. Many other dishwashers have a main pump and a drainage pump. Before you change the pump, which costs more than $350, you should clean out the cloggage in the drain tube. The same dishwasher design and the same water pump can be found on various models from other companies such as Admiral, Amana, Caloric, Crosley, Estate, Hardwick, Inglis, Jenn-Air, Kitchenaid, Magic Chef, Maytag, Modern Made, Norge, Samsung, and Whirlpool.

Try this before you replace the drive belt. Adjust the Toro 22” self-propel front wheel drive (FWD) cable. After the drive cable is tightened, the mower can sel-propel again.

Thanks so much! Worked like a charm (even though cable didn't seem loose). Mine has a knob: I loosened it and moved the cable forward, then tightened. All better now! Saved me money and much effort as I've been using it w/o self-propel; now much easier to push!

@@DanMarketL i grabbed my cresent wrench and made adjustments fixed it. The belt came off last time I was mowing. I just slipped it back on and didn't see any adjustment close to pulley. Thanks again. I thought belt had stretched....mower isn't a year old.....
