This is not about God or not God. It can happen to anybody. It's a medical fault that happened when her mother was pregnant. Usually, every embryo in any mother's womb is formed with both male and female properties at a very early stage but as the embryo grows, due to gene and hormone manipulation, one of the properties will start to disappear. So, by the time the baby reaches maturity, one must have completely gone. And that is why you cannot determine the gender of a baby with an ultrasound very early in pregnancy. But in some circumstances due to medications or substances or chemicals or genes or toxins her mother consumed or was exposed to at that early stage might affect the body's hormones and prevent the disappearance of one package.
